We’ve frequented this place for to go orders since staying here and I love the hummus flight. Tonight we had the filet and the salmon dishes and both were absolutely delicious and top notch quality. Service is excellent and very welcoming. Their menu and drink menu is great and has a nice variety, including nonalcoholic beverages for those of us who can’t partake (pregnant here!). Would absolutely recommend dining here if you have the chance, the quality is that of much more expensive restaurants surrounding and is much more reasonable. Thank me later!

This place is a part of the hotel. We got breakfast there for $25 + tax and a tip. I think it’s a little too expensive but overall it was a great service and a lot of breakfast food options. On top of their buffet menu in the morning, they will serve an unlimited amount of entrees from their menu as a part of the breakfast meal, so if you are like us getting both lunch and breakfast together, then it will make sense. We ate a lot of fast food there!

Convenient food if you’re staying at the hotel. Burger and fries beat expectations. Food service was relatively fast. Small tap list and hard alcohol selection, but perfect for hanging out and talking with friends or colleagues on a work trip

I’m not quite sure where to begin. If I could rate zero stars (or -5), I would. We tried Lockwood because it got decent reviews and the menu looked OK. WOW things could not have been further from the truth.
To begin with, they were extremely slow, taking 40 minutes to prepare two salads. When we ordered they were out of some food (romaine lettuce) and also Makers Mark whiskey, a common staple at any decent bar, were out of stock. I had asked our server if they had any bread to accompany our salads. When our salads were finally brought to our table, there was no bread so I again asked if they had rolls or bread. What they brought was two pieces of toasted white bread with butter. The greens tasted old and the chicken was extremely tough. I had an Old Fashioned which was not properly prepared. As a side note they serve inferior Pepsi products.
Overall this meal was certainly not worth $56 for two salads. Live and learn, but I won’t ever darken their doorstep again and I could NEVER recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Perhaps we were there on an off night, but we ended up leaving because it took so long for our order to be taken after we had our drinks. There was only a barman and a waiter so perhaps they were short staffed but we didn’t trust that the timing would improve or the food at that point, unfortunately. I would not return and I know no one in our party will either.

Location is great for enjoying the beautful city of Chicago. Holiday decorations were very nice and festive.
