Lunch on a Friday. Not crowded so we were seated immediately. Very nice inside with a large bar area. The draft beer list is impressive. This place is known for their gourmet cheese sandwiches so that’s what we went for. I had the haverti dill with pickle and my wife chose the pepper jack and chorizo. We also ordered the housemade hummus as a starter. The food was good and the service excellent.

Good value. Some obscure but good menu items, like fried pepperoni for example (I recommend them FWIW).
Place has been here a while and we’re glad we gave it a shot. Ambient noise is a bit loud, but if you’re into a good bar experience, this is it.

The atmosphere had it going on, very chill. The drink and food menus were stellar. I really enjoyed the lobster grilled cheese, blew me away! The service was excellent, what more can you ask for?

Party of six dropped in for lunch. Service was very attentive without being too much. Great beer selection and they were offering boozy, specialty hot chocolate as well. Great grilled cheese options on the menu. The barbecue pork grilled cheese was quite delicious. Sweet potato fries were a nice side option. Everyone in our party was very happy with their food and the quality of service.

Met up with friends for dinner before a show! Seems like a popular place because we also ran into other friends! We shared the croquettes and I had a caprese salad with added chicken. Both were tasty! They were out of Dr. Pepper, otherwise service was very accommodating for our friend with a dairy allergy, who had a burger with no cheese and no butter on the bun. Only suggestion is assessing air quality as it was >1000 while we were by the door.

This was a very unique experience for my wife and I. I’ve never seen so many different variations on the grilled cheese sandwich. Mine was fantastic as my my wife’s sandwich.
The other real positive was that they were packed, but they had great service and speedily got us our food.

Great spot in Akron. Very homey feeling with great classic but different grilled cheese choices. There was other stuff on the menu but I was only focused on the grilled cheeses. Tons of choices. Super good. Great service and Bob Ross on the tv ;). Can’t be beat.

We came with family before a show at the Civil Theater across the street! The restaurant was absolutely packed but they still got our food and drinks to us in a timely fashion. Our server was super nice and personable and the sandwiches were unique and hit the perfect spot! We love Lockview and will be sure to be back soon!
