We had our first experience and not one complaint! Everything we ordered was some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. The shrimp scampi was melt in your mouth delicious. Even down to the fries… melt in your mouth. The staff was very friendly. Even the owner was extremely accommodating and super nice! The prices were great especially for the gourmet quality! This will definitely be our stop when we are in the area!! Thank you Local House!

We were one of the first costumers when they opened their new location in Wildwood. For an opening day we were pleasantly surprised how smooth everything was.
I ordered the Grilled Salmon that came with a salad and I chose the pasta as my side. My husband had the Chicken Modega which also came with a salad and he chose the pasta as his side. The portions were huge and everything came out perfect. We both really enjoyed our food, and had leftovers for lunch the next day. Service was excellent and the owner came around and gave us a complimentary butter beer shot!
We are so excited to have this new restaurant in our area, and plan on making this a regular spot!!

We are locals & have enjoyed many meals and drinks at Local House. Everything we have ordered has been delicious! Tonight we had wings & pizza … great food & great service. We would recommend this place to others & we will definitely be back!

20241009 I am on a road trip and was in town for a couple of days. I was so blessed to have my friends and coworkers join me for dinner. I picked this restaurant because of their dogfriendly patio and their menu options. My friends work in St Louis, and they drove at least 30 mins to dine with me (and 30 to 90 mins from home), and none of them had been here before. This afternoon, I called to reserve a table for 9 in the dogfriendly patio. They don’t take reservation and said that there shouldn’t be an issue getting a table for my group at 5:30. I showed up at 5:20, and the outdoor patio was pretty full. Fortunately, there were 2 tables next to each other available, and 1 of my friends couldn’t make it, and I was able to set up the dog stroller in the corner… we made it work. The waitress got our drink order, and after dropping off our drinks, she disappeared for a long time… at least 20+ mins. She finally showed up after we asked for her. To be fair, the patio was full, but I didn’t expect she would be gone that long. After she took our order, and the food came out, 1 of the plates was missing. It was good that my voice traveled because the manager, Brian, heard me and stopped by. He was very attentive and addressed our issues and concerns immediately. I really appreciated it. After that, the meal was pleasant. Now the food, my friend recommended that I try the toasted raviolis because it’s a St Louis thing? I saw them on the menu and ordered them. It was crunchy, but the dough part was very hard. It took extra effort for me to bite through, and my friends had the same experience. The buffalo wings were pretty big, and they were good. I ordered the Local Mac and Cheese, and my dog loved the chicken it came with. The chicken was very tender, but the mac and cheese was good but a little watery rather than slightly thicker. My sweet tea tasted watered down. My friends seemed to like their sandwiches and burgers, which was good. I stayed behind with a friend after everyone left. After talking for some time, we decided to get dessert. We did have to get the attention of a waitress to get the dessert menu, then she disappeared or was cleaning up the other tables. We had to get her attention again to place our dessert order. At least she was friendly. We got pumpkin cheesecake and irish cream cheesecake. The Irish Cream Cheesecake was good. Overall, I was disappointed with the service, but really appreciated Brian, the manager stopped by and took care of us. The dishes I ordered were good, but could be better. I’m not sure if I would come back here when I’m in town again.

I was there for lunch and I ordered the small chicken spedini salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce was fresh as were the other ingredients. Most of my grilled chicken was tender but a couple pieces were chewy. The dressing was added to the salad in the kitchen and they didn’t add enough. The waitress brought me additional poppyseed dressing. The salad needed extra dimensions of flavor. The salad had different textures which was nice.

First time eating here, and it did not disappoint. We came after the lunch rush on a Thursday, and it was the perfect time. We ordered the steak sandwich, Philly steak sandwich, and pork chops. All delicious! Also, ordered the lobster bites that everyone recommended. Yum! And finished it off with dessert, strawberry shortcake & blueberry creme Brule. Would return again.

Went for dinner. We were sat immediately and service was great! They have a fantastic selection of foods for everyone on their menu. It was hard to choose! I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and my husband had the sweet and spicy wrap (I think that’s what it was called). Both were delicious!! We will be back to try more food!

They are a little spendy on much of their menu, but I found a cranberry walnut salad that was excellent for only $11. It was loaded with both cranberries and walnuts and a bunch of other goodies and was served in a chilled bowl. I was quite impressed with this salad. The dressing was a poppyseed vinegarette, so don’t get this if you’re gonna be getting a drug screening. LOL!
The waitress was very helpful and attentive, and I’m glad I tried this place.

We went there this Saturday night to see Gus Page. We met with his aunt and uncle and many of his family members we had a fantastic experience we didn’t all eat, but the ones that did eat love the food and the drinks were fantastic and the service was even better. Everything about the place we love and we live in Baldwin, so we’ll be coming out there quite often. I just wanna find out what bands you have playing
