The Local – Cozy, Clean, and Delicious!
Stopped by for breakfast and was very impressed. I ordered a turkey breakfast burrito with a spinach wrap and a caramel latte — both were excellent! The burrito was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly wrapped, and the latte was smooth and just the right level of sweet.
The staff were friendly, fast, and professional, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The décor is stylish yet comfortable — soft leather seating, warm lighting, and a relaxed vibe that’s perfect for hanging out or working quietly. Everything looked clean and well-kept, which really added to the experience.
Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended!

Such a cute coffee shop! I lovely cafe is always the first thing that I look for when in a new place, and boy was I glad to find The Local. The atmosphere was a wonderful mix of local flair, comfy seating, cute houseplants and yummy light fare. Would definitely recommend!

This is Wyoming. People work hard and like to be respected. The staff here act like they are in LA. Our group arrived right when they are set to open at 7am on a Saturday to make a big company order. We pulled on the door and realized we are 30 seconds early. The gals inside that were standing and talking looked at us and then turned away. It was freezing out but we get that “7am means 7am”. No issue there.
We watched as they talked and adjusted the music and completely ignored us standing at the door. No one in the drive through, no one else at the door. At 7:02 they were talking and laughing while we stood outside and clearly we weren’t as important as their music/stories. We left and went to Teak coffee and had the best coffee/best experience. Made sure to tell everyone at the conference about the service here.

Everyone is so kind! I run a business and wanted to include the Local in my giveaway and they were so amazing. Charity especially was so sweet and helpful! The communication and customer service was absolutely outstanding from her! When i stopped in to grab the gift card I also treated myself. all the staff was so nice! And everything I got was super tasty! Definitely will be back!!!

Great coffee shop! The girls there work on tandem ( know it or not). My cold brew was tasty as well as my wife’s iced latte. My breakfast sandwich on a croissant was great as well as my wife’s breakfast bowl with lots of bacon. We will be back.

Best coffee In Gillette! Also love their breakfast bowls. I would recommend this place to anyone! Only give 4 stars for the food because the portion is smaller than I expected.

Everyone at The Local is great but one person specifically stands out. Charity is AMAZING. Her friendly personality always makes my experience at The Local a positive one. She remembers my name and my favorite coffee, every time. Even when they’re busy, she goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of.
