The menu offerings were good. Not the best for picky eaters. The chicken 10/10. The crab dip 10/10. Was not a fan of the shoestring fries. The nachos were ok. Very big portions of everything! The smash burger looked good. The drinks were drinking!
Molly was good and attentive!
Would definitely visit again.
I called to ask if we could get some shredded cheese instead, and the woman who answered had quite an attitude about it. She eventually said they would remake them with shredded cheese, which I appreciated. We got there about 15 minutes later and still waited another 30 minutes for the food.
The male bartender was friendly and helpful, but the woman bartender was incredibly rude—she kept giving us death glares from across the bar the entire time we waited. It made for a really uncomfortable experience.
The food itself was disappointing, and the service from the female staff member sealed the deal. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.
Atmosphere and Service: 7.0/10 – The restaurant has a sleek and modern sports bar feel, with a spacious bar and open layout. Unlike typical sports bars, it lacks memorabilia, opting for a clean and polished design. The staff was friendly but a little too aggressive in clearing plates, repeatedly asking to remove dishes while there was still food on them, which became slightly annoying. The menu is on the smaller side and a bit pricey, but the quality largely makes up for it.
Nachos: 8.5/10 – A standout dish. While expensive, the portion and quality made it well worth it. The nachos had unique and fresh toppings, and the brisket burnt ends were perfectly cooked. Each bite offered a different combination of flavors, keeping it exciting. The only downside was that there weren’t enough chips to match the amount of toppings left over.
Smash Burger: 7.4/10 – A very good burger with excellent flavor. The patty was seasoned well and had that bold, classic taste that stood out. The bun was slightly stale, which took away from the overall texture. The fries, while decent, felt basic compared to the quality of the burger and nachos.
BBQ Plate: 5.7/10 – An okay dish with a mix of highs and lows. The pulled pork had a slightly sour flavor that was unique and enjoyable. The fries and slaw were standard and didn’t stand out. The brisket was the biggest disappointment, as it had a large slab of fat that made it less enjoyable. Asking about the brisket cut next time might help get a better portion.
And the food…. Omg. Mouthwatering. The burnt end appetizer was by far my favorite thing we ordered. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with the sauce. I also was a huge fan of the shrimp appetizer. It came with 3 sauces: bang bang, chimichurri, and a sweet Thai chili. Each one was uniquely tasty. Especially the chimichurri, which I was surprised turned out to be my favorite.
The drinks were wonderful as well! They had an expansive list of beers and cocktails. I had a couple beers as well as the espresso martini. It was good, but personally I could’ve used some more type of cream in it. My friend had the margarita and said it was one of the best she’d had in a while.
Over all, a 10/10 experience. I’m already planning to come back the next concert I’m attending at Lenovo Center.
