This is the best cocktail bar in State College if you need a strong drink to unwind after attending whatever crazy festivals that you are in town for. The Lobby bar is on the 2nd floor of the Allen Street Grill, away from the hustle and bustle of College Ave. As a whiskey fan, we enjoyed both LB Martinez and Philly-Philly.

I ordered “the Beans” and it was delightful. Full of flavor and balanced perfectly! The bar also has a great atmosphere. They are owned by Allen Street Bar & Grill and are located in the same building adjacent to the restaurant. Will be back!
