The Loading Dock is always a great choice for my family since their a lot of food options – wings, burgers, sandwiches along with dinner options. The food portions are more than generous. The nachos and onion rings are a favorite. I had the chili cheeseburger this past visit and was super.

So I went here Thursday. First off the portions to what you pay is insane! I ordered the wings and they were good. The huge side salad I got was good. The chicken stir fry I got while a huge portion for the price was not great. It was very dry and I am pretty sure it is due to the chicken breast being frozen as well as the veggies. The chicken breast were very dry and the veggies in it were limp and soggy. I took the leftovers home and took out the chicken and added some mirin and some soy sauce and it tasted much better than when I had it at the restaurant. While the portions are huge for the price and the wings with the secret sauce were good, I think I will find somewhere else and pay a little more and get smaller portions to have fresh ingredients.

Stop on by and try the secret sauce on the chicken wings you won’t be disappointed. Truly a hidden little gem that the locals know and you will find out. Me and my wife came here for the Italian wedding soup, and we were not disappointed.

To start the service I received was above and beyond excellence. I placed a take out order and from the moment the man behind the counter learned my name he addressed me as such there forward. That simple act made the experience go from being a normal customer to feeling like I was a local and I had been coming here my whole life. When placing my order any question I could have was answered before I could even think of it. The order was made in great time even though the place was pacted. The food itself was delicious and perfectly cooked.

It was my first venture to the loading dock, and it was spectacular. The portion sizes are triple.What you would normally get at any restaurant. The jambalaya was fantastic, coconut shrimp was great, and the wedding suit was spot on.
I walked in the door, and about ten people were waiting, and the owner went and made a seat for me at the bar. A waitress there by the name of Shawna.

Went around 4 pm to avoid the crowds and waiting. The place was half full. We got wings, the pulled pork sandwich, and a chicken parm hoagie. The food was a 4 pretty great. The only weird thing is that all the workers seem like they hate their job. Maybe they all were just having a bad day. It was just different thought maybe it was the theme.

The Loading Dock staff, food and prices exceeded any and all expectations. The staff was professional and friendly. Just like the other reviews mentioned, of you’re a regular, they take time to say hello. The food portions were huge and the total price of our meal was less than any meal on our entire month-long trip. Would totally recommend this restaurant and would definitely be back here if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks so much to all the staff.

We were a group of 9 retirees. Separate checks. Our waiter was fantastic could not have been better. I wish I knew his name so I could tell him how great he was. We were the first table on the right when you enter the dining room. January 8 between 5:30 and 8.

Their nachos are always first rate…enough for 3 to eat their fill. Service is attentive but not overwhelming. Go before 5 to get a seat quickly.

Food is always very good here, also service is very quick. I love how clean of an environment this is and how there’s coasters on every table. This has been a favorite of mine for years. They even have a QR code on their coasters that you can scan with your phone to access their menu but don’t worry you get a physical menu too!
