Josh, you are a fantastic cook! You put your heart and soul into your food and it’s why we keep coming back. Blessed to know you and support your small (but growing!) business so close to home. And can I say, I’m just as blown away with the flavors of the flight of tacos at Lolo Ladies Night, (shrimp, carne asada, and chicken tacos.)
Josh, the owner, is honestly incredible. He greeted us with a huge smile, brought our food right to us inside the distillery, and made the whole experience feel personal and warm. You can tell he puts real love and care into every meal — it tasted like something made by family.
He even gave my boyfriend a generous military discount and came back with his secret seasoning to thank him for his service. He checked on us, shared his story, and made us feel so welcome.
And the food? Absolutely to die for. Loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked, and one of the best meals I’ve had in Montana.
If you want amazing food and an even more amazing person behind it, go to The Loaded Irishman.
Josh is so so nice and makes everyone feel super welcome whenever they stop by. It is definitely worth stopping by every time you’re in town!
He is up at the Lolo Creek Distillery through the winter. Saturdays 10am-4 and Sundays 11am- til he’s out of food
