the delivery was facilitated at 7 a.m. I arrived on time, I checked in on the phone indicated on the window, and the documents went to the office near the door at 11:00, the door was immediately unloaded, the staff was very friendly, there is a place for a truck

You are welcome to sloth’s warehouse. Call receiving number to checkin & to use restroom. Super tight spot. Backing is goin to screw you up. if you have lack of experience better seek help

Appointment at 7:30 am, arrived at 7. Waited for the notorious lady for 20 minutes, then waited for the truck to be unloaded. Docked at around 7:50, unloaded in 10-15 minutes, left at 8:10!
Yes, you have to wait for the lady to come out, but other than that no complains

Horrible service at their shipping and receiving. I arrived at 11:28am to a locked door, no doorbell. A sign on the wondow says call to check in. When I called I got a lady that had no interest in being there, sounded like she hated working there. Told her what I was delivering and she told me to back into a dock. I waited there until 1:10pm, that’s when they “started unloading me”. Then 2 empty reefer trucks showed up and wwre loaded and gone before I was unloaded. Didn’t get unloaded amd get a green light until 2:58pm. Avoid this place if you can. Bad business.

I usually like doing business with shippers and receivers in WI. I’ll never come here again though. Last week I’ve been on a door to be loaded for 5.5 DAMN HOURS. Today I’ve been on a door for 3 hours and so far nothing yet happened. What kind of management can run a joint so ineffective it’s beyond my ability to understand. No office, no facilities, you just call a number and waste half of day like an idiot.

Definitely this place don’t need make appointment had appointment 2 shows up 1:15 after 2 hour backed up to door after that still waiting to get load very lazy ppl working inside they just want complete their duty hour not good 0*

Checked in a half hour before my appt.
Given a door. They started a bit after my appointment and it took about an hour and a half green light pull away & seal.
Low rating no bathroom and docks were poorly designed by a high paid engineer!
