The Little Chihuahua is passionate about our delicious scratch-made Mexican food sourced responsibly from local farms. We serve health and satisfying food with a combination of traditional and innovative flavors you won’t find anywhere else in San Francisco. Our belief is that simple and fresh ingredients taste best and our menu offers a wide variety of plant-based choices. Ou salmon is sustainably farmed, our beef is grass fed, and our chicken and pork are reasonably raised. Our authentic beverages are house-made and rotate seasonally. We are proud of the food we serve and most of all we hope you enjoy it!

Wonderful little Mexican casual bistro, spotlessly clean and airy, bright and cheerful. The best shrimp burrito I’ve ever had, so the menu definitely needs further exploration. Excellent for solo dining, takeout, or groups. Service is very quick, friendly, and efficient. A great find in this area.

We came here for Mexican food to take away. We had two huge burritos and a massive portion of nachos. Given how much a plate of pasta costs in this city, we got a damn good deal.
The food was incredible. So flavourful, and well layered. The nachos had a great coverage of salsa and guacamole.
I’m amazed that the place was empty on a Thursday evening. Although 9pm and most of SF seemed empty. They’re sleeping on some great Mexican food. Maybe it’s snobbery, maybe it’s just racism, but I would come here again before I go to any of the overpriced seafood/ “European style” restaurants. So really what’s stopping you coming here? Is it that you don’t like good flavour at a decent price, or is it that you think you’re too good for Mexican food?!

10/10 I had the Steak and Shrimp Al Diablo Tacos. It was freshly made and was really good. I paired it with a refreshing Watermelon Frescas and a side of Tortilla Chips. The lady who took my order was very friendly and accomodating. Amazing food and excellent customer service. Will definitely come back.

I had mine delivered but there was no napkins or utensiles. I got cheese enchiladas because I don’t eat meat but there was no option for just that and you had to pick a protein so I had to get the soyrizo which was okay but the rest of it was really good.

Inside is very clean. Very friendly staff. Great place for a quick bite. The plantain black bean burrito was very delicious, full of flavor. Their salsa is very fresh, chipotle salsa was incredible. Burritos are big and generous. Chips were good too. Highly recommend.

Garlic shrimp burrito had with refried pintos. Can get regular pintos or regular or refried black beans. Gringo style and tasty. Will try the other one on Divararso sp. didn’t get chips offered til food served tho so ask upfront sauces lighter side so haberno was swell even though I can fear this pepper. Was referred to try the steak shrimp burrito—I’ll bet you cannot go wrong with either. Garlic sauce like Pappa Johns pizza garlic sauce so it’s like crack for flav hounds. come here when experience mission st fatigue. So glad they’re here ☀️ $25 for burrito & michelata
