Always a great place to stop, good selection and relaxed store – however the staff isn’t very friendly

The *only* reason I give 5 is because of Jack, the man creates an ~experience~ in an otherwise garden-variety beverage broker. If you replaced the lady that owns it with Jack, I’d drive 2 hours for $10 dollar vodka. If I don’t see his car I go elsewhere because he makes my week every single time I go in there.

So many options to choose from! Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I just prefer to look around and find things on my own, but the staff is great at asking if you need help or if you’re looking for a specific experience.
The prices are fair and they have so many different types of alcohol and mixers to look at

Even though I have been here several times, I was not recognized by the owner. I only have an expired license. She asked for proof to see if I actually applied for a license? Then told me that that was a state law. But the law says that customers don’t need to show their license at all. It was just a very uncomfortable experience where I felt like I was being accused of something . I left there feeling very undervalued as a customer. There was literally no need for such an awkward exchange LOL. After this I happened to hear two different stories that were similar to this! I mean come on, if the whole Community can see that you have a bad rap, something should probably change? I actually was driving further to go to this store only to support this business! And I had sent quite a few people her way as well. But I think I will go to the one that is down the street for me from now on. You should always think of a customer as your best salesperson. Always assume the best! Go to fazzarys! This lady just seems not to like people very much. Super weird

Day before Easter and went to get some wine. Disappointed that they wouldn’t sell to me because, even though I had my ID, my 78 y.o. mother didn’t have hers. I’ve always been a loyal customer but was saddened that this is what its come to these days. I suppose its their store policy, but went to competitor and they didn’t seem to have the same problem. Oh and the prices were cheaper as well. Maybe that’s how they do their loyalty points. So make sure everyone has ID…even the elderly.

Bad service and would not take my son’s state id which is not a drivers license and was vertically however it states when he became of legal age and has never had issues using his id before. Laziness

This business has an odd vibe to it. I feel like it is operated more by emotion than logic. It doesn’t really have a lot of hard-to-find or rare items except what is hidden in the office. And those are either not for sale or exorbitantly priced. I don’t feel like I’m stepping into a business when I go here. I feel like a picker walking into someone’s collection and asking what I’d have to give for something. Not trying to knock the business at all. Just not a comfortable and inviting feeling for me. There are alternate places to get the run-of-the-mill stuff that is this place’s bread and butter as well as some more rare items. I’d encourage folks to research MSRP and shop around.
