Now offering DROP-OFF CATERING for Orange County! Born from The Lime Truck was founded in 2010 by Chef Daniel Shemtob. We make elevated Mexican-inspired California cuisine. As one of the original brands taking taco trucks to new heights, our mission has always been to keep mouths watering with local, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients paired with hip, inventive recipes. The Lime Truck has catered everything from small weddings and corporate lunches to massive 10,000+ person high-profile events for a wide range of happy clients. We offer customized menu packages to make any event a success! Please note – we are not open for service at the address listed. It’s our commissary. We only do catering and are no longer a restaurant.

Food here is really great. Just like it was on the show. I recommend their bowls as i feel you can get the best bang for your buck. The appetizers are really great, especially the brussel sprouts and the artichoke hearts. Overall that’s really good food and for a really good price. The really quick to make the food and Tuesdays they have a really good taco Tuesday deal.

The Lime Truck has almost never disappointed me except when they swap some of my menu favourites. I used to frequent their location in Westwood pre-pandemic and was absolutely heartbroken when i learned they were closing it permanently. The food is amazing. The limeaid is better. I wish they had a permanent location i could visit so I could eat it outside of catering.
