Just chose to stop in fresh off a Carnival cruise. We decided to ignore the reviews and give it a try. I don’t know why people are so critical, food was hot, fresh and just what we were looking for. As far as timeliness, we don’t do fast food! If it isn’t prepared with love I don’t want it, and that requires time.

Food was good but my concern is the delivery of food. Too long and the biggest problem is I have a food allergy to shrimp and any other shellfish I ordered a chicken fried rice and after eating most of my food I find a piece of shrimp in my rice. Serious about food preparation i would never leave a review but when it comes to this it has to be addressed people die from food allergies. We gotta do better.

I can’t rate the food, only went to pick up a preorder for delivery. BUT I can rate my experience w/their service… Horrendous. When I got there, 3 customers wait’n @ counter. No employees present to tend to customers. They were all in the back/kitchen. After 8min, an employee came out to counter. I felt invisible. Had to ask for order 3 times. Was told it’d be ready in 5-10min. 12min later, I asked again. They said 10 more min. 12min later, had to ask again. They said 10 more min. After waiting 32 min total, I had to cancel.
At no point did anyone apologize for extreme delay. Even the only expressions I witnessed were indifference. I wasted gas & time going there. I’m certain they won’t care about 1 more bad review. I only posted this review in hopes it’d spare other’s from wasting THEIR time.

The first time ever going to one of this companies restaurants and needing to ask for my receipt, now I understand why it was not provided at time of paying for my order. Why is only this location feeling like they need to charge a gratuity fee on to go order? The 7th Avenue location is not trying to rip off customers.so why is this location trying to show me how they prefer I go elsewhere?
