The Library Grill was built in 1933 as a farmhouse and remained so until 1968. It served as the city of Knollwood’s Public Library until 1976, when it was purchased and opened as The Library Bar and Grill. With several additions, this charming farmhouse has four different dining rooms and open seating on the terrace where you can enjoy cocktails and appetizers.

We were referred to this amazing spot by a local and couldn’t have had a better experience. From the freshly baked rolls and the house made Greek dressing to the generous portions and great service. Our drinks never ran dry and the food was absolutely delicious. I got the crab stuffed redfish and my husband got one of their locally sourced steaks. He raved about their truffle Mac and cheese into the night and we both left more than satisfied.
The manager, Jason, ensured that our first time dining with them would leave us with a desire for more. (But not too soon as we were STUFFED by the end of our meal.) If you ever find yourself in the area, I’d highly recommend you pay these fine folks a visit!

The food here was absolutely amazing. Our server Jason was so very attentive that he listened to my wife and I’s conversation and made food suggestions corresponding with our private talk. The crab stuffed blackened redfish was mouth watering. After delivering the platter, Jason delivered extra cream sauce because he would want it with his own dinner! Very good service. Then Jason told us about a chocolate chipped cookie skillet that wasn’t on the menu…and it did not disappoint. My wife has an affection for espresso martinis, and jasons was definitely top 5 on her list. This place will definitely be on our list of restaurants to return to again and again.

The food and atmosphere are absolutely amazing here!! I cannot wait to go back! I got the chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and miso soaked carrots! The miso soaked carrots are 10/10 and one of the best things I’ve eaten! Highly recommend and will be back soon hungry for more!!

We ate here as part of a sales pitch for energy efficiency products… the was the best food I ever ate. The steak was amazing. The salad was not pristine but the dressing made up for it.. the mashed potatoes and fried bread were perfect..overall this was the best restaurant in texoma easily..

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the Library Gill. The food was exceptional and the chef pay particular attention to such detail of the food to make it fantastic. The service was wonderful as well. Our server was right there with every detail and always seemed to know with something was needed. And the atmosphere was on par for one of the finer restaurants around. We will definitely be going back again and again.
