Growing up in Southeast Thailand, he was surrounded by the sights and smells of his grandma’s kitchen and mom’s restaurant, where traditional Thai cuisine was made with love. Jack’s rural upbringing on a farm gave him a deep understanding of local produce and agriculture. He gained hands-on experience with fresh veggies, seafood, and poultry, including fish, shellfish, chicken, and duck from his family’s farm and neighboring farms. Here’s what we typically order:
Fresh Oysters – They always offer a great variety, and they’re incredibly fresh—clean, briny, and smelling just like the ocean should.
Louisiana Boil – Served with a side of rice, and sometimes we upgrade with crab legs. It’s packed with bold, layered flavors, and you can customize the spice level to your liking. The sauce is so good, they honestly should bottle and sell it!
Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass – Served with jasmine risotto, and easily one of the best sea bass dishes we’ve ever had. Moist, rich, buttery, and perfectly seared every time.
The service is consistently fast and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Everyone we bring here ends up loving it just as much as we do.
Bonus: You can bring your own bottle of wine for a corkage fee—a great perk if you have a favorite you’d like to pair with your meal.
If you’re a seafood lover in Vegas, this place is a must-try.
I was expecting to sit at the bar to see the chefs make the food but that wasn’t the case. You can sit at the bar but there was a wall blocking.
We weren’t that hungry and ordered few items that we would normally order at oyster bars.
Oysters
Crab cake
New England clam chowder
Pan roast (medium spice)
They have a variety of drink selections such as sake, wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
Pricing is comparable to other places, quality and taste was nothing special. The crab cake presentation seems off on such a large plate with a single lump. The pan roast wasn’t filled with much seafood but the plate was surprisingly deep founding 6 shrimp.
Oyster bars usually have a long wait with limited seats. By coming here, there was no wait. At least for us because we came right when the doors opened and were seated immediately without worrying about the wait time.
The menu is vast. I think we would have enjoyed it more if we ordered other items and drinks. I can definitely see this place as a hang out spot with great food and drinks.
If you’ve never had a lobster roll, I highly recommend it. And the shrimp linguine was to die for.
The service was extremely friendly, happy, fast. And the food was served piping hot.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Because once you open the door the ambiance inside is extremely comfy.
