Chef Jack’s culinary journey started at 7 years old in Surin, Thailand. Growing up in Southeast Thailand, he was surrounded by the sights and smells of his grandma’s kitchen and mom’s restaurant, where traditional Thai cuisine was made with love. He began working at 18 at the Rio Hotel and Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, spending 20 years learning and growing, mastering everything from butchering to cooking family meals. Jack’s rural upbringing on a farm gave him a deep understanding of local produce and agriculture. He gained hands-on experience with fresh veggies, seafood, and poultry, including fish, shellfish, chicken, and duck from his family’s farm and neighboring farms. This is our absolute go-to for seafood in Las Vegas, and it never disappoints.

Here’s what we typically order:

Fresh Oysters – They always offer a great variety, and they’re incredibly fresh—clean, briny, and smelling just like the ocean should.

Louisiana Boil – Served with a side of rice, and sometimes we upgrade with crab legs. It’s packed with bold, layered flavors, and you can customize the spice level to your liking. The sauce is so good, they honestly should bottle and sell it!

Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass – Served with jasmine risotto, and easily one of the best sea bass dishes we’ve ever had. Moist, rich, buttery, and perfectly seared every time.

The service is consistently fast and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Everyone we bring here ends up loving it just as much as we do.

Bonus: You can bring your own bottle of wine for a corkage fee—a great perk if you have a favorite you’d like to pair with your meal.

If you’re a seafood lover in Vegas, this place is a must-try.

We love oyster bars and pan roast when we’re in Vegas. Instead of Palace Station we decided to go off strip and try Chef Jack’s The Legends Oyster Bar with a mix of Asian influence.

I was expecting to sit at the bar to see the chefs make the food but that wasn’t the case. You can sit at the bar but there was a wall blocking.

We weren’t that hungry and ordered few items that we would normally order at oyster bars.

Oysters
Crab cake
New England clam chowder
Pan roast (medium spice)

They have a variety of drink selections such as sake, wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.

Pricing is comparable to other places, quality and taste was nothing special. The crab cake presentation seems off on such a large plate with a single lump. The pan roast wasn’t filled with much seafood but the plate was surprisingly deep founding 6 shrimp.

Oyster bars usually have a long wait with limited seats. By coming here, there was no wait. At least for us because we came right when the doors opened and were seated immediately without worrying about the wait time.

The menu is vast. I think we would have enjoyed it more if we ordered other items and drinks. I can definitely see this place as a hang out spot with great food and drinks.

This was my 1st time going. I got a bowl of clam chowder and blackened salmon. Both were good but not great. The chowder did not have a great deal of clams in the soup and had a taste I’ve never had before in chowder. Not bad, just not great. The salmon was good and it came with a small bit of salad. I was disappointed in the portion size though. The service was nice and friendly although I did find it odd that they tried to upcharge me for some bread. A waitress came around and asked if I wanted some slices of bread for and extra charge.

Cozy little seafood spot on the west side of town. Stopped in and got a table after a short wait. Food was good! Crab cake and grilled scallop app were tasty but tiny. One small crab cake and 3 gumball sized scallops. Good but I wouldn’t order again for the price. The cioppino was great and full of seafood (get the bread to go with it!) and tasty worth the price! Solid selection of cocktails but also a bit pricey. We will be back to try more of the menu.

What an amazing hidden gem. The food was outstanding and service was impeccable.
If you’ve never had a lobster roll, I highly recommend it. And the shrimp linguine was to die for.
The service was extremely friendly, happy, fast. And the food was served piping hot.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Because once you open the door the ambiance inside is extremely comfy.

This restaurant is decent. I wasn’t impressed by the quality of the food. The bread is greasy, the clam chowder is thick and salty, not as fresh and marine as I prefer. The oysters were fresh enough but definitely not the pinnacle of freshness that makes me want to eat an entire dozen (I only ate 6 out of 12). The Thai Tea was good, no issues with service. I probably won’t come back, but nothing heinous about this place. Acceptable but not tragic.

We were impressed with the oyster’s freshness, succulent and tasty. We ordered two dozens and we could eat more. At $3-$4 ea not bad for the quality. Also the clam chowder and the lobster bisque were fabulous, recommended!!

A friend took me here and recommended the dishes I got to try! Everything was yummy. I loved the steak pasta, it’s got an interesting and creamy sauce on the pasta. The Lamb was one of the best I’ve ever had. Oysters tasted fresh and the service was great! Would recommend for seafood lovers.

Absolutely fantastic seafood. Small place, so make renovations. The jumblia is packed with meat, sausage, shrimp, crawdads, rice, lobster chunks, in a broth that you can’t stop eating. Easy parking, great service.
