Small clean bakery, but charming. One of the best bakery I ever had; this is from traveling the world eating alot of baked goods. Apple Kovign Crossiant is my favorite, oddly. Suprisingly everything is good!! Coffee + Vietnamese sandwhich all hits the spot!! Highly recommended.

Forget 5 stars – these guys deserve 10!! Everything is made from scratch- even the condensed milk and the drink syrups. The pastries absolutely rise to a level beyond food – sublime artwork for your mouth! The “Le Konign’s Amann” is a minimalistic delight with only flour, butter and sugar creating an entire experience contrasting the delicious flakiness of a croissant with a crunchy caramelized top that’s almost sticky enough to hold your teeth together.
Definitely a must try for anyone who appreciates what the Vietnamese have done with French bread and the sandwich.
The only problem with going there for “just a coffee” is that you have to stay very strong when passing the pastries. Also, the artsy designs on top of your latte will make you question the concept of “just a coffee” and why you are wasting your life on shite…

Very cute little bakery with wonderful friendly staff. The tiramisu matcha was one of the best matchas I’ve ever had, and they were able to adjust the sweetness so it wasn’t too sweet. The ham and gruyere was also delicious!

Cute and clean inside. The people are SO nice and really make the effort to give exceptional customer service. I had the cinnamon brioche bun and the creme brûlée latte. The cinnamon brioche bun was super soft, moist, and fluffy with the perfect amount of cinnamon baked in. A delicious cloud with every bite.
The creme brûlée latte was also really tasty. I love my coffee drinks creamy and sweet. This didn’t disappoint. The in house custard mixed in with the coffee is chef’s kiss.

The LE Bakery on Juan Tabo Drive is hands down one of Albuquerque’s hidden gems. Fresh bread and pastries are made daily. They’ve got an amazing assortment of Vietnamese-style sandwiches (banh mi fans, you’ll be in heaven!) and each bite is packed with flavor. It’s so good, truly a must-visit if you’re in the area. You won’t regret stopping by!

Tried this quaint little bakery this morning. It was excellent!! Delicious pastries, great selection of coffees and drinks. Friendly efficient staff. We had the ham and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich and the hazelnut chocolate croissant/muffin. Both were delicious!! TheTiramisu coffee came with a cookie accent, and the Salted Caramel latte was great!! They also serve some very unique sandwiches! Will definitely be back to try those! They have a beautiful patio to sit and enjoy all their offerings.

We were referred to this bakery by a close friend who raved about it and they were absolutely right!
We tried almost everything in the case, including the 4th of July special: s’mores
You could truly taste the love in every bite!
Everything was homemade, fresh, beautifully displayed, and the staff made us feel so welcome.
A true local gem we’re happy to support!

I went for the grand opening today and ordered the iced tiramisu latte, fresh squeezed lemonade, earl gray morning bun, bbq pork banh mi, and Vietnamese ham banh mi. Everything was delish! I loved the creamy soft top on the latte and the fact that it was strong and not overly sweetened. They also did a unique thing where served the banh mi with a little side of dipping sauce that was sweet and spicy and that was a super tasty addition to the traditional sandwich. The earl gray bun was crisp and flaky and could have maybe used a tad bit more tea flavor but it was still very good. I only wish I had gone a little bit earlier so I could try more of their selection of pastries. I will say you should plan to be a little patient when you visit as they are a small family owned business and they have quite a selection of drinks that they make by hand, so it takes a little bit of time if you’re ordering beverages. I will definitely be back again to try more!
For those with dogs, they did have a sign on the door saying only service dogs are allowed inside. But they do have a outdoor patio with shaded tables and seating.

A hidden gem. Not just a fantastic bakery (try the Boston cream cronut) but also a Vietnamese sandwich shop with really fantastic options (the bbq sandwich is a classic). The coffee drinks are also spectacular. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly and fast. There are a couple of small tables to eat inside.
