My burger was cold and raw in the middle. They took it back and microwaved the heck out of it. Came back really hot and absolutely no flavor. Fries were good. $45 for two burgers, fries and two pops, and the tip.

Lots has already been said about this place, but a couple things that I haven’t seen as much–
1. It is very dark in the dining room and the bulbs are pink/red. Like, I wanted a good look at my burger after I cut it in half to check out the toppings, and I had to turn on my phone’s flashlight.
2. The menu says that all burgers are cooked to medium unless specified otherwise, but mine arrived with no pink.
3. There aren’t any seating options that aren’t barrel style chairs or booths. The barstools are the same as the chairs, just higher.
It’s good! I’ll go back when I’m in the neighborhood at an off peak time.

Fun tavern with a place at a bar and good amount of seating on the other side. The main eating area has all of the lights a deep red so be prepared to feel like a lizard under a heat lamp (without the extra heat).
The food was ok, and the service was great, and the pricing reflects the food. This seems more like a place to just get a canned beer and maybe a small bite to eat.

We haven’t been here for a while, and were delighted to find that the Laurel still knows how to do things right. Friendly staff, a massive tap beer list, excellent food served promptly and hot – best fries I have had in years!

This is the classic wisco pub. Down to layout, furniture, bar setup and everything. The spirit is alive here!
Very laid back atmosphere, perfect for hanging out for hours watching sports games or play cards like a couple was doing. Service is a bit rough, they are busy and curt most of the time. Menu is great, lot of choices. The smashburger is the star but they have lot more including soups and such. What makes the food taste better honestly is the charm of the atmosphere and being surrounded by your friends relaxing. So next time you want to let your hair down and show up in your Ugg slippers head over to the Laurel!

Would give this racist place zero stars if possible. Went there with friends the other night and noticed my group was the only group with people of minorities. We had 6 people in the group who were constantly ignored. When getting 1 of the woman bartenders attention finally she rudely asked me if I was pregnant. I was so confused and just taken back why she would even ask me that. Im 100 pounds soaking wet (even though that doesn’t matter) there were 3 bartenders who constantly ignored us and attended to groups of all white people that had come in after us. When one white woman in my group confronted the bartender on why she asked me if I was pregnant she said she thought she overheard our it in our conversation, then the women asked why they were treating us completely different than everyone else the bartenders said “Thanks for coming in tonight” as if to dismiss us to leave. It was disgusting and I will continue to speak out about this horrible experience to others I had there and on all social media’s.

Typical bar food. The wontons were great! The Service was great, it was pretty busy on a Wednesday. The drinks were strong so you got your money’s worth. Good appetizers.

After a long time I tasted a good beefy burger. I highly recommend the Laurel burger. The meat was well done(I like it that way), the bun wasn’t soggy and it tasted just right. The fries were okay, nothing great about them. The prices are very affordable. Also, the beer selection is good. A wide variety of local draft beers. The crowd is generally local area family people. Parking in the back is always appreciated in this busy area.
