Thank you for showing up at Eagles Nest HOA event today. It was my first-time ordering from this food truck. We order a lot today; Carne Asada Mexican Taco, Lengua Sopes, Carne Asada Quesadillas, Elote on Stick, and Pollo Nachos. The Lengua and Carne Asada were very tasty.

It was also a pleasure talking with Neil (hope I spelled that correct) tonight. So very friendly staff. Will come back and/or have to meet you at your other locations!

By far the best Mexican food in Indiana! It was absolutely bomb! We had the steak burrito, chicken nachos, and the steak + pork Mexican tacos…all of it was flawless! Tons of meat and everything was super fresh. If you like it spicier, get the red sauce.

Delicious Food, Disappointing Communication
⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5)

We had the Latin food truck cater our wedding, and while the food itself was absolutely 5 stars, the customer service on the day of really missed the mark.

They requested that all meals be tracked, so I went out of my way to create customized meal tickets for every guest—which cost time and money. I didn’t mind doing this to help things go smoothly, but what left a bad taste was the lack of communication with me and my husband about what to do with the extra meals we paid for.

We planned to take the extras home so we wouldn’t have to cook the next day. Instead, the truck left while we were signing our marriage license—without a word. We even had a tip ready for them that we never got to give.

When we followed up, hoping for a voucher, refund, or the meals we never received, the response was frustrating. We were told they had “no way to contact us,” and then moments later, the same person said they had reached out to my husband the day before. That inconsistency made it worse.

It’s upsetting because the food truly was incredible, but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope they improve their communication and follow-through for future events.

To their response:
Thank you for your reply. I’d like to clarify a few points, since your response makes it seem like I was being misleading when that was not my intention.
1. Meal Tracking: Regardless of whether it was a “request” or “recommendation,” I was told that meals needed to be tracked, which is why I invested time and money into creating customized tickets. I did this to help your team and to avoid any confusion.
2. Meal Count & Extras: While the guest count changed (as often happens with weddings), we paid for more meals than were served. Our expectation—communicated ahead of time—was that we would be able to take home the extras. That never happened. The truck leaving without notifying us meant we lost food we paid for.
3. Communication: Saying you “had no way to contact us” and then moments later saying you contacted my husband the day before is exactly the inconsistency I referenced. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling dismissed instead of cared for on a very important day.

I never said your team was rude, and I still stand by my comment that the food itself was outstanding. But excellent food can’t fully outweigh a breakdown in service and follow-through. I hope you’ll consider this as constructive feedback—future couples deserve clear communication, consistency, and respect for what they’ve paid for.

Beyond amazing!! I hired the Latin Flavor food truck to cater my 2 daughters graduation open house this summer. From the start Neil was very professional and very personable. I valued and appreciated that he was very responsive with his return calls and texts to me. He was very helpful with planning my menu and ensured they could handle and accommodate my 125 guests. The day of my open house Neil and his family crew were there on time and set up and ready to go by the time my event started. The food was so flavorful and authentic . My guest raved about how good the food was and portions. The Latin Flavor were wonderful with my guests and were very prompt and served the food in a timely manner. Their service and food is impeccable and amazing. I definitely would use them for any future event. Thank you The Latin Flavor food truck for making my event rememberable and stress free!!!

Steak quesadillas were good and flavorful.
Food size wasn’t worth the price. The nachos were okay.

I went to buy tacos today and when I got home, I found a dead cockroach in my tacos. Really disappointing since I know the people there. I will never go back.

I wanted to try a random food truck on my way home. I had some good ones before. I asked for 2 chicken quesadillas. They charged me like almost $30. I was thinking, oh man this is going to be a quesadilla experience or a whole meal. I took them home and opened up the tray. Two lonely quesadillas, they were about 30% bigger than taco bell quesadillas. Nothing special, no great experience or flavor to justify almost $15 each. I’d make this a regular stop if they were like $8 each but that’s a little rich. The owners were nice enough.
