Providing unreasonable hospitality makes lifelong fans. The owner of this small shop did exactly that while proving truly beautiful and delicious treats for our small, special occasion. When she learned that we were unable to make it to her storefront before closing, she delivered them personally after closing. We were blown away.

I can’t drive by the Latest Kraez!!! Somehow my car goes on autopilot straight to this fabulous bakery owned an operated by a young professional who truly cares and caters to her customers! Last week I was disappointed that her fabulous dog cookies had been snapped up! She realized my disappointment and today… not only did I get my delicious coffee and oatmeal raisin cookie, but as promised.. she had a fresh batch of doggie cookies as well.. so of course I grab them as well.
If you haven’t been to the Latest Kraez…. Get going!! You are certainly in for a delicious treat !!!

Great place to start the day! Espresso was spot on. I had the peanut butter cookie. It was fresh, soft, and delicious! The atmosphere is calm and there is a patio just out front in which to enjoy your treats and relax. The owner is very pleasant. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. There’s so much more to try.

Oh my goodness! We came to Longwood from out of the state and it was my sister’s 5-year wedding anniversary – I needed a treat to just “appear.” Rachel called me and talked through my order and brought it to my Airbnb after hours because our flight didn’t arrive until later in the day. I could NOT believe she went out of her way for strangers. The cookies and mini cupcakes were absolutely delicious. My sister and brother-in-law were surprised and it was so so fun to have the treat here when we got here. I wish I could give more stars…. Definitely first class. I highly recommended The Latest Kraez! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rachael was great to work with for our post-elopement celebration. We wanted something unique for our dessert and reached out to Rachael to inquire about catering cinnamon rolls. Rachael was great to communicate with and reasonably priced. She was great at keeping allergens in mind as well which you can’t always find. Not only were the cinnamon rolls delicious, but guests were literally RUNNING up to the table to take seconds and thirds, even filling up to go boxes. Their mini cake which my husband got as a surprise was also delicious. You won’t regret working with Rachael!

I ordered a cake for my son’s baptism, unfortunately it was green with green leaves instead of white with green leaves- I sent 3 photos via the online form and they only were able to see one photo- sadly I was pretty disappointed, but I understand these things happen. I asked for a refund or a partial refund, as the cake was $100 but instead I was offered a gift card that I would have had to go pick up which would have been inconvenient for me with working as a night shift nurse, on top of having a baby, I wish email or mail was an option but I just said never mind. Sadly the cake was also pretty dry- I ended up scraping the icing off and using Big Y icing to make it look how I wanted. Kinda disappointed 🙁

I was recommended to “The Latest Kraez” from a close friend and was not disappointed. I called to see if she could make a top southern dessert, “Hummingbird Cake” with short notice. It was for my wife’s birthday and this was her favorite cake from down south. It was incredible and as good or better than ever before. Thank you so much! My wife and I will forever be a devoted customer.
