We’ve heard a lot about this place on the Facebook page so we decided to try it out. Very quaint inside with a cool mural along one wall. The service was exceptional, we met the owner, the waiting staff was on top of things and very nice. The owner saw my littles and asked if they wanted to color, and gave them a basket of crayons and some pictures to color. We got the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, which were hot and perfect! We got 8 too which was great for our family. I ordered a Buoy Club sandwich, which came hot and grilled. I wish I knew that because I do not like my deli meat hot. I won’t be ordering that again (but that is my personal preference). I got it with fries, very good and I ordered a side salad, which I loved. My husband got a build your own burger and fries and he loved it (I’ll probably get that next time, haha). My one son got the kids meal sliders and he loved them, my other son got the smiley cakes with bacon, he said it was good (huge portions). And my daughter got the smiley cakes with applesauce, and she loved them too. Oh and they had a small dessert counter with donuts that looked so good, we will have to try those next time. All in all, great experience, and we will be back.

Been seeing this place so we stopped in for breakfast. Not to busy but took a while to get food but that was okay. I started eating my omelette with gravy on top and it was tasty. I noticed near the end the sausage was not done enough in the omelette..kinda pink.My wife mentioned to the server ..which was as nice by the way.
About the issue when I got up. Anyway they gave us free coffee..big deal.
LoL. Not sure I will be back.

What a great little place to enjoy a great meal. The staff is awesome and very friendly. The food was delicious. Top notch all the way around. We also got some pieces to take home and try. Will edit the post after tasting. Enjoyed a nice piece of key lime pie.

I’m so happy to find this restaurant reopened. I come up to a friend’s cabin and this is just 3 blocks down the road. I had a fish dinner it was delicious. They also have a BBQ Lunch Wagon next to the restaurant. Offering BBQ meals inside or To Go! There’s even a Salad Bar. I got a copy of the menu and the Specials Board. You’ve got to go if you’re at Higgins Lake, Michigan.

It was amazing! I was there for a business meeting and we had a taco/nacho bar that was phenomenal! The service was spot on and I couldn’t get over how clean and inviting it was. Bonus, it’s connected to a bowling alley so perfect for date night.

I had the delicious Reuben sandwich and chips. My husband had a standard egg, bacon, potatoes breakfast. The prices are a little high, but so is everything else. We had a slight problem with the food, but our server Lindsey handled it quickly and professionally. Mistakes will always happen, but it’s how they are addressed that means the most. On our way out, we picked up some day-old cinnamon rolls for $5! We also grabbed a piece of homemade raspberry pie. I have never seen so much fruit packed into a piece of pie! Yum!
It’s conveniently located for us, easvery clean and the staff is friendly. We are looking forward to trying their Friday fish fry! The owner, Ron, informed us they do a dry batter, wet batter, broiled and blackened for their cod, perch, and salmon i think? We will definitely return to support this local business!

Nice place, great comfort food with ample portions. Waitresses couldn’t be nicer. Nice to find this place in an area with few options.

Down hill from opening.
Med. Mushroom Swiss burger, hard and dry as a rock. Reuben sandwich, grilled meat dried out. Very disappointing. Nothing like the week it opened . Fries ,room temp. $32.80 for one pop one bad burger and dried out sandwich.
Sad very sad.

I ate at Landmark multiple times during my stay at Higgins Lake and loved everything I tried—perch, walleye, BBQ nachos, mac and cheese, fettuccine Alfredo, corned beef hash, eggs, and a massive wet burrito. Every dish was flavorful, and satisfying. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Don’t leave without trying their homemade pies. They’re absolutely incredible. Landmark is a true local gem and well worth a visit. I am so happy to have it walking distance from the cabin.
