A unique aviation themed restaurant serving delicious diner style food.

Really enjoyed our lunch at The Landing Zone. Waitresses were very attentive, and the food was excellent. Watching the planes land and take off was a treat as well.

I’m not sure how this restaurant has so many good reviews. The service was awful, we waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted. We never got refills even though she recognized we needed refills. We waited 20 minutes to get our check. The salad I got was only made of iceberg lettuce, not mixed greens. The open faced roast beef was over salty and congealed. The country fried steak was good. We will not come back here again. 1st and last time.

French toast, eggs hard fried, scrambled with flavor, boiled with cheese sauce, The Landing Zone is the best place for a jet setter to dine on breakfast with the family. The customer service is extraordinary. Kind, wonderful, hard working local friends and employees. Delicious cuisine, the best service, see you for breakfast at the Landing Zone at 500 Airport Boulevard.

Food tasted perfect to me. food came out perfectly within 30 mins. Waitress was very fast, not very perky tho. The atmosphere is like any diner, but very loud. Nice view of active runway. Get the breakfast burrito

Very cool new restaurant. The place was packed and there will be a wait. They are having staffing issue like every other restaurant.

My husband,17 month old son, and I had our first visit there for breakfast this morning, 6/10, while on our small road trip from Iowa. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The waitresses forgot us after seating us for the first 10 to 15 minutes because it was extremely busy, but the food (and the COFFEE!) more than made up for running a little behind. The waitress (whose name I did not catch) was phenomenal: checked on us multiple times, offered to fill my son’s sippy cup with milk so we didn’t have to, and even offered me coffee to go after I raved about it. Food was hot and flavorful, and quick. We would 100% recommend this to anyone in the JC area.

We waited 15 minutes for service and that was after I said something plus they were not busy. The food was something I would expect from a 2 star restaurant. I had to use a knife to get through my hash browns and even then it was tough. Will definitely not be back.

We have eaten here four times, twice for breakfast and twice for lunch. All meals have been delicious! The waitresses are always friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable too! My ONLY complaint is the acoustics; when they are busy it is difficult to have a conversation across the table without straining to hear and talk.

Went there for breakfast & it had a reasonably good selection at reasonable prices. The airfield activities are an awesome atmosphere. Watch several aircraft land & taxi to Gen aviation area. Neat. Oh yes food is great & had a very good waitress!
