My wife and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at the landing. Was in the last part of february, and not very busy This time of year for a saturday night. However , I believe this place is very busy during the summer months.The food was great.The service was awesome and the atmosphere was excellent. Had a lovely conversation with Jamie. I believe he’s at least part owner. manager of the restaurant and was out making sure everyone was having A great experience. My wife and I will definitely visit this restaurant again!!!

Fantastic food and helpful staff recommending local beer samples to try. My son said Cuban sandwich was better than most he tried in Miami. Prime rib Philly and homemade sauces were excellent. Pricier than most local fair, but food is higher quality and I sense it was prepared by proud people that love their job.

Nice surprise. The gal in the antique store recommended The Landing for dinner. I had the Prime Rib Philly and my husband had the Chicken Parmesan. The sweet tea was just right. We sat on the deck which overlooks the lake. It was so peaceful. Two thumbs up from these travelers! Our server was very attentive and was from Puyallup, Wa.

The food and service were amazing! One of the highlights was how pet-friendly they were. Our waitress even brought out a bowl of water for our dog, which we really appreciated.
While chicken isn’t usually my first choice, I decided to try the chicken sandwich, and it was surprisingly tasty—definitely a standout. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend The Landing for a casual, enjoyable meal. Highly recommended!

We stopped here on a wild hair after attending a conference in Branson. This restaurant was the best food we had our whole trip! The menu has an amazing selection. I had the turkey apple crisp sandwich. It was amazing. Look at how much turkey they put on it! My coworkers also loved their fresh salads and sandwiches. They also recommend the Gouda mac and cheese. It is the PERFECT place to stop on a road trip.

This restaurant has really improved! The food was outstanding! The service was top notch!! The “new” mural outside is kind of out of townish, but I’m not an art critic. It just doesn’t fit the location and has too much going on. However, they did a great job explaining that the TRUE MEANING OF THE rainbow is God’s Promise to Man, which I VERY MUCH LOVE. I highly recommend eating here at the Landing. Yum!

It’s always a treat dining at The Landing. The deck overlooking the water is what first drew us in. It’s a nice touch when they have live music in the afternoon some weekends. The food is “upscale” for Warsaw, MO featuring a wide variety of seafood options which are available for both lunch and dinner menus. For Mother’s Day weekend, they had Prime Rib, which I highly recommend. The salmon special was amazing — I have no idea what was in the glaze, but my daughter says it’s the best salmon she’s ever had. I’m glad to see they are expanding the deck. We’ve been lucky and have not had to wait long for a table. It wouldn’t be the same indoors. The service is a bit on the slow side, but who cares when you have an Ice Cold Beer or Sangria on a shady deck overlooking the lake. What they lack in speed, the servers make up in friendliness — always smiling, eager to help answer questions about the menu, and willing to accommodate special requests. I can’t imagine eating anywhere else for a special occasion or a casual afternoon in Warsaw. On Mother’s Day, the Hostess (who may have been an owner or manager) gave me a Carnation and a satchel of Hershey’s Kisses — so thoughtful. It’s the little things — taking the time to say “Happy Mothers Day” — striking up a conversation— it’s just a very nice Lake Vibe.

Worth the wait over the winter break! Husband and I have been wanting to come since December but we missed the notice about closing break. Finally made it!!
Came just before sunset and had a great evening. Had the Prime Rib Special, the house salad, the fettuccine with shrimp and the bananas foster dessert.
Paired it with the local Bees Knees beers which we didn’t know they had and a glass of wine with dinner. Delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful and overall excellent experience!

We were there Tuesday for lunch and the thing I like about The Landing is it’s comfortable, laid back atmosphere with a view of the Lake/ Osage River. The service was really very good. The server was running her legs off and really taking care of every body. The food was good.
I would like to make a suggestion regarding the deck seating and that is that it would be really nice to have a few standard height tables and chairs as some folks find the tall ones to be difficult to get into and can be uncomfortable for some.
