We come for lunch frequently due to the lovely patio, outdoor bar, watching the boats and planes go by and the good vibes. The food is a solid B and they have daily specials. We enjoy the smash burger and add lettuce, tomato, pickles and jalapeños. They have a truly delicious house salad that you can sb for fries. On one visit they had gyoza as a special and we added siracha to the sauce for the needed kick. This past Labor Day weekend they had live music that we enjoyed. Outside they have a nice koi pond for that peaceful zen feeling. One area that needs attention is the ladies restroom. Both toilets are a challenge to flush, lol. Otherwise, come enjoy the nice breeze off the water, watching the osprey feeding the wee ones and enjoying some good food.

This place is amazing! The outdoor deck had a large space, allowed dogs, was wheelchair accessible, and offered great views of planes coming in as well as boats!
The Brussel sprouts were fantastic! The goat cheese and balsamic glaze made this dish even better! The fish and chips were a great portion and the fries with it were amazing because they are curly and seasoned. My crab sandwich had great flavor! Oh and the key lime pie, that was amazing! Just the right amount of tart and sweetness.
Tony was an amazing server who showed extreme patience with my elderly friend with me. The band (Fake ID) was amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this as a place to stop.

Welcoming greeting at the door and offered the perfect table on the outside deck with a perfect view.
Our table service from Joyce and her team was very attentive and we were never rushed.
The raw oysters and clams fresh, tasty and cold.
Our lobster roll and pasta with scallops and shrimp were excellent.
The cocktails were disappointing especially for the price. I think the bartender was rushed due to the spike in patrons. We’ve had higher quality cocktails here previously.
Only coffee was offered. No espresso or cappuccino available.
We passed and opted to finish with key lime pie.
The menu changes frequently with their Facebook page offering the most accurate listing. The website was outdated.
Reservations are by phone.

This place is absolutely amazing; honestly, if I could give 10 stars, I would. I recently got married here, and I can truly say the experience exceeded every expectation. Jake and Joyce were beyond helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. They helped turn our wedding into a day I’ll remember forever.
The food and service were incredible, and the staff was so accommodating without hesitation. I highly recommend The Landing at 520 whether you’re stopping by for a great lunch or dinner, or planning a special event. You will not be disappointed!

Went for an early drink and a bite, the happy hour small plates were so good we stayed for dinner. Everything was delicious, the staff was awesome and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. It was December so we didn’t really get to enjoy the patio/water but it’s got to be stellar in the summer, will definitely be back

Went for pasta Wednesday- I thought the salad, pasta and dessert were very good for $25, cozy atmosphere, and really cool 2 person jazz band. My pasta was hot and very good portion- i think everyone at our table enjoyed their meals and drinks. I will be back! And bonus for super fun Christmas decorations!

Where do I start. Went there on 10/4/2025. We had reservations and chose to sit outside since it was a clear night. First timers. Some families and couples. Very quiet night. Not the fault of the restaurant but of the parents letting their children play in a huge open area of the patio. Very distracting to the waitress/waiters bringing out food. The service was extremely slow for barely anyone there. Ordered 12 oysters ,which were good but didn’t recieve small plates.. so we had to eat our oysters over our paper napkin. (1 per person) or the plate the oysters were served on. When it came time to order our meals my husband ordered the steak on the main menu. I ordered the blue cheese/carmelized burger on the specialty menu.. I had asked for medium rare.. and the waiter told me its a smash burger so I didn’t have a choice. (Although the specialty menu did not say Smash). We got our order and of course my husband’s steak looked good and was good. Mine was a full burger, not smash and very well done. He knew i wanted medium rare and should have checked with kitchen and let them know. I think the staff and kitchen should be told about the menu and specialty meals on a daily basis.
The waitstaff should be more attentive to coming around and checking on patrons. When the wait staff did stop by i had asked for a second glass of Montepulciano and by the time I finished my meal my wine had arrived to my table. All together very slow loud experience here.

Outside is the place to be in the summer! We’ve gone twice in the past few weeks. Food is good, wine pour excellent. Friendly service. And the Key Lime Pie is next level!
