This review is late, but I finally got around to writing it. We decided to check out Haven City Market a couple of months ago. After walking around to check out each vendor, we decided to try out The Kroft and we are so glad we did. The smash burgers are amazing! So juicy inside and crispy on the outside! We tried the French onion burger and the Wagyu smash burger. We have ordered both at least 4 other times. We also got the classic poutine fries and the cheese curds, both we have also ordered again.
Everything is cooked to order so there is a wait, but they give you a buzzer, so you can just find a seat and wait or check other the other vendors and make a potluck style meal.
We’ll definitely keep coming back!

First time here and definitely coming back. Food price were reasonable for the quality of food and flavor. The girl, Deserae, was really nice and offered to answer any questions we had before placing our order. Ordered a wagyu smash burger and hands down one of the best smash burgers ever had. So many options here but this place is top tier

I’ve had The Kroft at the Anaheim Packinghouse and was so excited to see they opened one in Rancho Cucamonga! It’s so good to see the IE getting awesome food halls. The cashier (Mia G) was super friendly and had a fun energy! The braised beef poutine is fantastic! The gravy flavor is delicious! My daughter loved the Mac and cheese. I love the vibes of Haven City Market. Great place to chill, so many food options. You can’t go wrong!

My husband had been wanting to try this place for a while but it was the one in Anaheim. So when we found out a location opened right here in our hometown, we had to check it out. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was absolutely phenomenal. The smash burgers were packed with flavor, and the chili cheese fries were just as amazing. Our kids had the chicken sandwiches, and after sneaking a bite, I can confirm that they were delicious too! On top of the great food, the customer service was fantastic. You really can’t go wrong here. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

This place has an interesting menu. Located inside of Haven city market in Rancho Cucamonga. They have different varieties uploaded fries and like four different kind of burgers. I tried a peanut butter and jelly smash burger for the first time and it was quite interesting. I am a fan of peanut butter and jelly, but to have it on a Smashburger is different. If you want to eat outside the box and extend your food taste, eat here. Keep up the good work

That burger though…. Needs some work. The fried onions are a nice texture on the burger but it just needed more. I’ve PB&J burgers before that smacked but this one-nah. It was one note and needed some spice, a jalapeno jelly would be good especially with the fried onions. It was also a little dry. The meat quality is good though but, yeah, that burger in particular needs some work. Other menu items seemed interesting so I would definitely go back!

Been seeing a lot of posts on social media about this place that just opened @ Haven Market Place and we decided to go and try it out. It’s the newest place with Smashburger’s and protein fries definitely some yummy choices. The staff, they are very helpful even though the place was packed for a Saturday night.. tried their Wagyu beef Smashburger and it didn’t disappoint. My friend tried the chicken sandwich and he loved it.. would definitely recommend people stopping by and trying it out.

Service was wonderful. The food was very hot when giving to me. The meat was soft and flavorful but the Mac n cheese was not. I mixed my Mac n cheese with my food and it made everything even better.

I finally got to taste a few things & they were fresh & good. The Birria egg rolls were so was the chicken parmesan sandwich & the cheese steak sandwich. I’ll definitely be back to try a few more things.

GET THE POUTINE we tried a couple types – both were good, but the chicken Parmesan was just next level and almost other wordly we did have. a 15 minute wait from the time we ordered until we got food, but I thought that was great considering we had almost 9-10 people in front of us and they cool everything fresh. Another person in our group got the French onion dip cheeseburger, and this is the only place he wants to eat at now parking is bad because there’s so much crammed in this building (it’s in a massive food court with some very basic games for stuffed animals and stuff). This instantly became a new favorite, especially for comfort food and munchies. Be patient with parking and any line because I promise the food is worth the wait. SO GOOD
