This restaurant was amazing from start to finish. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and the portions were huge for the price. You definitely get your money’s worth.
The environment has a fun 50s–60s diner vibe that makes it a great place to sit back and enjoy a meal. The pork tenderloin sandwich was truly enormous, and the onion rings were absolutely amazing. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the chicken tenders were just as good.
To top it all off, the milkshake was beyond delicious. Overall, great food, great service, great prices, and a fantastic atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

If you haven’t been to Knuckle Sandwich, you are missing out. We just had the BEST dinner there, and I’m still thinking about it.
The food? Absolutely fantastic. Every single plate at our table was a hit — from the giant loaded burgers to the grilled sandwiches, the perfectly crispy fries, and even the Detroit-style pizza. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, like comfort food made by someone who actually cares.
The atmosphere is half diner, half classic-car museum, and honestly… it’s impossible not to smile. Everywhere you look, there’s something fun on the walls — Route 66 nostalgia, vintage signs, and even full car fronts turned into tables. It feels like stepping into a story.
And our server, Brandi, was outstanding. Friendly, fast, and on top of everything. She made the whole night easy and enjoyable for our group.
Wonderful food, wonderful people, wonderful night.
Highly recommend Knuckle Sandwich. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Saw this place in passing, stopped in for lunch. Did not disappoint! The 50s vibe is GREAT, like stepping back in time. I ordered the Patty melt. It was awesome! The fries were crispy perfect! Definitely going to make this our go-to whenever we’re in the area. Thank you!

We waited a few minutes in line to be seated, and then a gentleman offered to seat us on the patio. To start our meal, we ordered the Peppered Cheese Cubes. They were perfectly spicy with the right amount of breading. My son loved the 50s Philly Steak, was very happy he ordered it with the extra meat. He said it was the best diner cheesesteak he’s ever had. My wife ordered the Betty Boop Bacon Burger. Unfortunately, when it arrived at the table, the top bun was missing. Although my wife had to wait about 10 minutes for the replacement top bun to arrive at the table, she was happy that she waited patiently. The burger meat was still very warm, and she loved it. I ordered the Hubcap Tenderloin with all the toppings, and I am very happy I did. In all my years of ordering tenderloins, I have never seen a bun that is the same size as the tenderloin. It made it so much easier to enjoy because there was the proper amount of toppings. A crispy, tender, and juicy tenderloin made the Hubcap Tenderloin a perfect sandwich. The fries were perfectly crispy and flavorful. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Stopped in kinda later on a Saturday. It was a little dead but fine by me. Everyone was very friendly, and the food was pretty good. I ordered the 57 Chevy Burger, and it was a really good classic burger. This place is definitely worth checking out.

The atmosphere is definitely the best part of this diner, but unfortunately the food didn’t live up to the setting. I ordered the “57 Chevy” with jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. The burger had almost no flavor, and the patty tasted like a frozen one — which is disappointing at a $15 price point. I ate half and couldn’t finish the rest. I even took it home to figure out what went wrong, and the conclusion was the same: no taste at all.
My wife ordered the patty melt and had a similar experience. Her sandwich also lacked flavor and seemed to use a frozen patty. She said the best part was the thousand island dressing.
The fries and ranch were the highlight of the meal, though the ranch seemed like it came from a bulk container. Paying around $40 for two tasteless burgers and fries feels unreasonable, especially when other burger spots at similar prices (like Ford’s Garage) offer much better quality. The menu also feels overly large for a small brick‑and‑mortar diner.
Service was slow considering the restaurant wasn’t full. It took about 10 minutes just to get water, and we skipped dessert because we were worried it would take too long.
I really wanted to enjoy this place, but overall the food, value, and service just didn’t meet expectations.
I will add, my wife and I have travelled around the United States, trying new places, it is a passion and a love for us to find places like this. Unfortunately, sometimes, these places seem to be a rip-off. We continue onto the next place and next review!

Our food was delicious! Our server forgot to put our Combo Appetizer in, it was never ordered, nor put in. She wasn’t very personal . Maybe she was just having an off day, but the food was great! The service left a lot to be desired!

This was an awesome and amazing experience. Very retro, taking you back to the rock and roll era. Food was excellent and loved the atmosphere! I definitely will be going back again. In comparison to a bigger, similar restaurant say like “Bubba’s 33,” I would choose this place again

The atmosphere is great, love the 50’s vibe and all the cool signs but the food was way less than stellar. Onion rings were over done and reuben sandwiches were both over done so much the edges were black. The bread was very hard. All they needed to do was warm the sandwich not cook it to death. That was truly the worst reuben I ever had. With that said I would like to try some other dishes hopefully they would be better.
I always want to give a new place a second chance. For what they charge it really should be perfect.
