I celebrated my birthday at The Knife in Doral and had an amazing experience. The meat was outstanding—perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. Everything was delicious, from the bread to every cut we tried. The service was excellent and very efficient. Special thanks to Hernán, the grill master, whose great energy and friendliness made us feel at home. He even stopped by before ending his shift to check on us—truly a legend. The only small detail was that the tomato tasted a bit aged. I’d happily come back.

A total waste of money. We spent the entire meal drinking water because our server spoke no English and couldn’t explain how the ‘all-inclusive’ system worked. It wasn’t until we were leaving that another waiter mentioned we were entitled to unlimited wine and dessert. The salad bar was unlabelled and looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and my dessert looked disgusting and tasted like it came from a can. For a place that charges more than Fogo de Chão, the lack of communication and poor food quality is a joke. Never again.
