All the fish we tried were very fresh and delicious, and the presentation of the hand rolls were basically pieces of art! We ordered the combination menu which had five different hand rolls. They were so good so we ended up ordering extra from the menu to try. Not a single roll failed my expectations and I have a strong feeling that this place will be my new favorite go-to hand roll bar!!

This is one of the best hand rolls I’ve ever had in DFW.
When I walked into this restaurant , I was immediately surprised by the decoration in front of me. I thought I was in some high-end restaurant or bar. It feels different from ordinary Japanese restaurants.
We tried many kinds of hand rolls and appetizers. Each one tasted great. Recommended toro, unagi, mushroom, and shrimp hand rolls! Corn and eggplant!
The crispy seaweed is also a must-try, it tastes great!
Their hand rolls are covered with plastic covers to prevent the seaweed from softening. The waiter will also teach you how to remove the plastic cover.
I have to say that there is nothing I dislike about this restaurant. From the moment you enter, you can see the decoration, the enthusiasm of all the waiters and the delicious food.

Had a great experience dining here. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt upscale and intimate. The servers were nice and very helpful. Most importantly, the food was unique and delicious. I liked how the nori was served wrapped in plastic so the rice doesn’t make it soggy. A very thoughtful touch. We had the shishito peppers and crispy shrimp as appetizers and various types of hand rolls. My favorite was the toro and yellowtail! My one ding is the drink menu. The margarita containing “margarita mix” did not feel refined to me. I originally wanted a gin and tonic but the restaurant does not offer a full bar so I resorted to a vodka cocktail that was an off-putting bright blue color. Aside from the drink menu, I would definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place!!! The best handrolls I’ve ever had. (I’m a sushi lover so I’ve had lots of wonderful japanese food, yum! )
I was greeted very welcomely as soon as I got in, and all the staff were very informative! They were explaining menu options and making sure I was taken care of. Price was reasonable for what we got. Food was very fresh and exceptional!! Can’t say enough things about the quality of the food. Their highball is really great as well.
I will definitely go visit again. Highly recommend this place.

Came in for dinner and could not have asked for a better experience! Great atmosphere and decor, and even better food. We were able to sit at the bar where we chatted with Danny and got to see him make all of the different handrolls we tried. It was really fun since he would do one at a time, tell us about it, and then we’d have time to enjoy it before he moved on to the next one. The hosts were wonderful, too – everyone was very friendly and welcoming. And the cheesecake for dessert was a great way to end the night. We will be back!

This place is a must for sushi/handroll lovers. The service, atmosphere and quality of the menu is top notch. From the street it doesn’t look like much but once you step inside you will be delighted to a fantastic experience. Definitely try Wagu, Snapper and Yellowtail Nigiri as well as Toro and Scallops handrolls.

This placed opened up down the street from my apartment and finally got the chance to try it. They welcomed me warmly (even dressed in sweat pants. I misjudged the atmosphere lol. Beautiful interior hahaha). Menu was great! They seem a bit more experimental with their flavors but loved everything I tried! Would highly recommend!

Handrolls, appetizers, ambiance, service, vibes – all amazing!!!! We lucked out by coming in for the soft opening for our date night. The chefs and servers, especially Jay and Hikaru, were kind and attentive to every detail. More date nights here for sure!!
