I enjoy coming to this location because it is convenient and the staff is nice and friendly, however the food keeps getting worse and worse I think it is convenient you get to eat during the movie that’s why I liked it. I have tried multiple things thinking it was just my luck. I kept telling myself that maybe it was a busy weekend or they were understaffed or they were in a hurry, but nope, I ate here multiple times with my family and we all agreed to have dinner before or just somewhere else, this were my experiences the chicken was dry and the fries tasteless they forgot the ketchup then the next visit I tried the tacos, they barely had meat in them and the tortilla breaks easy. You have to eat with utensils, and today I tried the nachos, they barely put any cheese or meat it felt like I ordered chips and onions. Yuck Is been disappointed after disappointment, and they are now offering snacks to be delivered. Yeah, right. I am not getting poorly quality food for those prices and then still have to tip and pay delivery Eat beforehand or stick to the candy and popcorn, even the sodas are bad

We have been coming to The Cut since it first opened and have spent thousands of dollars as a platinum club member and to be told by Ali several times and with an attitude that we could not eat my sons 16th bday cupcakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes was a big disappointment. We have celebrated several birthdays here bringing in outside pastries and have befriended so many employees but Alis attitude is making us second guess from having any special celebrations at Cinemark.

Although yes this place abides by their 17+ rated r policy……. in part (after they take your money without refund)……….it would be nice if they would check id’s before taking parent’s money and accepting money for snack purchases, and then decide to enforce a rule. Convenient and advantageous on the company’s part imo.

I had a bit of trouble initially placing my food order, but the staff were helpful and accommodating. This made the experience better. Food was good and the movie was awesome. Great experience overall. Would definitely go back.
