Very friendly staff.
Poorly loaded out buffet. Everything is jammed together. The drink area really doesn’t have room to put down your plate. So get the drinks first then food.
Minimal buffet breakfast for Big Las Vegas price.
A lot less food choices than most typical Hilton hotel complementary breakfasts’.
My recommendation is go somewhere else.
Be warned that if someone in your party is not eating they are not allowed in the restaurant unless they pay the full amount.

Tasty late night dinner for us & breakfast time for them Definitely a must if you are craving diner food but don’t want to smell! Clean, food came out hot, and right in the hotel lobby! Service was a bit slow, however we expected that because it was early morning!

Kitchen Express at Virgin Hotel Las Vegas – all was good until we needed some extra condiments!! Burger was great and the Chicken Caesar salad was awesome – but the women behind the counter was so rude at the idea of asking for some extra ketchup and salad dressing. She acted like the price of any additional condiments would be subtracted from her paycheck. They should just supply the basic 3 (ketchup, mustard, mayo) available for their customers to grab some extra so they would not have to ask the employees – but they don’t have it set up that way. They supply the bare minimum and then give horrible attitude when guests request a bit more. Totally ridiculous – IMO.

Very convenient for those staying in the hotel. About $27 for the breakfast buffet per person, which isn’t bad for a Vegas buffet. However, the selection is very small. There’s yogurt, oatmeal, omelet station, fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, and toast. I’ve seen bigger spreads at theme park hotels in California. The food they had was very tasty and fresh though, which you don’t always see in buffets. I’m a simple breakfast person so I was content with the offerings, but if you are expecting lots of options, go somewhere else.

I dined at the Kitchen several times during my stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. My waitress Maria was friendly and attentive. However, the food was very lackluster. I tried the Cajun Fried Chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was so small that it was lost under the bun. The French fries were average at best. I also tried the green beans. They had flavor but weren’t great either. For the prices, I expected better.
The kitchen also provides room service for Virgin Hotels. I had breakfast on several days. The pancakes were dense, bacon burnt, and orange juice serving tint. I also tried the chicken fried steak w country gravy and hash browns. The steak was dry and bland, and the gravy was inedible.

We were hungry and this was the best location that did not have a wait time while staying at the Virgin hotel. The servers were awesome. The food was mediocre and expensive for what you get. $8 for a side of eggs, I could of sworn I was getting fresh hatched eggs straight from the chicken..but nope just $8 processed eggs that I did not finish. I ordered chicken and waffles and was given chicken strips. Once again server’s and hostess were awesome food not so much.

Great service. Food so so. For charge of 20$ for avocado toast and not have fresh avocados that’s a shame. It tasted like the one you buy at the store pre-made. Very convenient for 24h service.
