Great place, off the beaten path. The Homemade Corned beef was massive and delicious. You will be taking some home (which is ok with me!). Service a tad slow out of the gate but hit them on a busy SUN AM. Ill be back.

I’ve been to The Kitchen quite a few times with my partner and friends. Today I went in with my girlfriend and sat in a booth. We love the waitstaff and the ladies are always so friendly. I love the pancakes and always make sure to get a side pancake to enjoy. The coffee is also great and definitely the kick I need to get going in the morning. My friend got the breakfast sandwiches and they looked delicious! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another great meal. Thank you!

A hidden gem of a place, where corn beef hash comes from the corned beef cooked in their own kitchen, the menu features homestyle favorites made with fresh ingredients, and the people who wait on you are the proud owners. And that pride is evident in everything we experienced while dining there. We were made to feel right at home and appreciated from the moment we entered. Service was fast, portions were generous, the food was homemade, hot and delicious, and the cost was more than reasonable. Worth every cent! We went for breakfast and will definitely be returning to experience their dinner service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a delicious breakfast at the Kitchen. Grilled biscuit, mushroom, sausage, and onion, omelette, hashbrowns, and a brownie. The staff were warm and wonderful and I’ll be back for sure.

10/10 breakfast and service! The breakfast bowl was the best. Perfect stop on our way back home from Fryeburg. Family-owned restaurant that clearly cares about their customers and serving great food.

The place has big shoes to fill as The Runway was one of the best breakfasts spots around until they moved further away to Cornish.
Little has changed in the appearance of the place. There is a new maitre d area on the Rt. 11 side while the other entrance is closed. The view to the kitchen has been restored and the garish Wuhan dividers over the booths have been removed.
The wait staff is very attentive and friendly; they definitely make you feel welcome. I might have given the food a C+ or a 3* as the home fries were hard and undercooked and the omlet a little bland and weak on meat and cheese but alas they have just opened and will most likely improve over time.
We are glad to see that the place has reopened, has much better turnaround time than the interim inhabitants, and that there was a steady stream of patrons and take-outs while we were there.
Update: not sure they are making it. The menu could have a few more options, some specials, and some lighter $$ amounts to attract families with children.The place was half empty at a peak time where there used to be waiting llines outside a few years back.

i would like to start out saying this place could be amazing but…. when you run a restaurant you should always start with what’s not on the menu i went in for breakfast and after getting coffee and waiting to give my order i was told sorry we are out of that item, then ordered the next meal as i felt pressured and part of that meal was out also, so please start with what’s out and not being served.
next is the size of your portions my wife and i ordered the same meal she had twice as much or more hash browns as i did and seemed a lot warmer then mine.
the booth we where in was falling apart and having a bad back right now it wasn’t very fun to fight your seat falling off the base, and most of the seats had a tear in them.
this is the second time i have been disappointed in coming here and unfortunately this will be my last.

Definitely recommend checking this place out! We have been a few times and I kept forgetting to leave a review! The food was delicious & the staff are very nice! food came out quickly and it was nice and warm! The portion sizes are great for the prices along with the way they set the plates up, they put there time into it for sure! We Will be back
