Amazing! My husband and I cook a lot ourselves and are always trying to make new things. Because of this, we don’t eat out a lot. So when we do go out to eat, we look for food that’s high quality and things we wouldn’t normally make at home. This was the perfect place. Everything we had was 5 stars. Not only is the food 5 stars in presentation but also in flavor. This is a must go place to dine in. Enjoy!

The food was fabulous, the service was not the best, and the atmosphere felt off, not matching the “fancy” dishes they serve. I can handle waiting for my food, but we waited like 45 minutes for even our appetizer to come out (1 crab cake) and our drinks did not stay full, nor any explanation as to the long wait. Very minimal visits from the waitress. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, my husband ordered medium rare and it was actually medium rare. You just might have to wait awhile to get your food. I was expecting a little bit more of an upscale restaurant based on the website, and while the prices were upscale, the atmosphere and ambiance was not. It looked more like a casual cheap diner with an open floor plan.

We chose to dine here after reading the reviews. I’m not sure who gave this place such good reviews. Ten minutes went by before we got any contact from a server. When we were finally approached we placed our drink order and an appetizer After our appetizer and drink order it was placed another 8 or so minutes wait for our drinks to arrive then more time for the appetizer. I was excited to see that they make the pasta in house. I ordered a pasta dish , it was fine. Fresh maybe. But the technique they use is bad My friend got a burger. It was soooo bad. Like a piece of rubber. Dry and chewy. Also the decor is worse than a cheap motel

A very nice small restaurant. While I was here I got the Bacon Jam Burger and fries. The fries were phenomenal, maybe just a little over salted. The burger was great as well and was cooked to perfection.
The service was amazing and the atmosphere is nice. I might have to check this place out again. I got some ice cream for dessert and the total came out to about $20 and change for one (after tax before tip). So it’s not a bad deal either.

The staff is very attentive here, especially on a snowy day with few customers. The chef consistently delivers. Protein, veggies and deserts all executed marvelously. Youll think youre in a fancy downtown place!

I walked over to The King’s House for lunch while getting my motorcycle tuned up at Davis Motorsports just down the street. I got one of their specials, the taco salad with chicken. It was among the best taco salads I’ve had. I especially enjoyed the burst of flavor from the fresh cherry tomatoes generously embedded in the salad. The shell is clearly home made, as is the unique sauce. The seasoning and herbs on the chicken were also perfect. Everything was very fresh. The presentation was excellent. Their ice tea is clearly brewed fresh too. I went ahead and had a mojito for desert and found it well crafted and refreshing on a July afternoon.
My server was professional and personable.
The place wasn’t very busy at lunch time. But I got the impression their busy time is evenings. Tables are nicely spaced. They have outdoor dining. Ample free parking in their dedicated lot. I enjoyed their playlist as I ate – a diverse mix of mostly alternative soft rock. I was pleased that they didn’t have any distracting TVs in the restaurant.
Everything is accessible to wheelchairs.
