I don’t usually leave reviews, but I want to recognize the young woman working alone today as well as on multiple occasions before. Her work ethic is outstanding. Even when handling everything by herself, she remains professional, efficient, and greets every customer with a genuine smile. That kind of dedication shouldn’t go unnoticed.

I regularly get Kidd from the Great American Tower and I always have the BEST experience. This location struggles in comparison. The coffee is hit or miss. I always feel like an inconvenience with one particular employee. This most recent visit, they rang up the wrong drink, I noticed the price was higher than I usually pay but thought it was due to the recent menu prices changing, not the case! When I said the order was wrong, she was visably annoyed, tossed the drink in the sink after I offered to take it for sake of time and then I received the correct order, half filled.

Great coffee and some of the staff is great, but I consistently have issues with this one dark haired worker. Such a bad experience I will not be returning or will be coming in the afternoons when I’ve noticed the staff is nicer. Such a shame since they make a mean cappuccino.

Great coffee, great selection of breads and muffins from the local Little Rock Farm, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly, remembering most of their customers after a visit or two. Also have a good selection of homemade soups for lunch.

I tried this spot as well with hopes to avoid the terrible staff at the last location. I didn’t dare try any food if there was any because of last try as well. I had coffee this time and it was mediocre, very watered down. They tried to get me to buy a sugary star bucks drink in an attempt to hide the quality.

I discovered this place while on a business trip to Cincinnati. It’s tucked in a corner and pretty subtle. But finding it was worth it. The coffee is great, the service is great. I was only there 4 days but by the 3rd day Lane knew my order and by the 4th he had it ready as I was walking into the shop. They are cheerful and prompt took the time to not only learn my drink but my name. If I come back to town I am definitely going back. Great place for your morning (or afternoon) coffee.

This is an amazing spot to go in the morning. I place my order in rituals app and typically my order is ready in two minutes. If I’m running late I place my order in the garage and by the time I run in the door it’s sitting on the counter. Definitely my go to to start my day. The staff is amazing, very friendly at all locations downtown, I favor the Carew tower and Huntington tower locations. Coffee and menu items are much better in my opinion than Starbucks or any top competitor. Thank you Kidd Coffee!
