So excited to have a Kickin Crab so close to home! And I love that they kept the original style of the home, its a huge relief to have it intact and taken care of.
Decoration is very fancy for a Kickin Crab, it reminds me of more upscale seafood resturants closer to the coast. There isn’t a lot of room but they converted the upstairs to provide overflow at night when it gets busy. Overall very open concept and airy with light bright colors, modern and elegant! The best feature was definitely the sinks outside the bathroom.
It’s a bit slow, but the staff was nice and our waiter even allowed me a peek upstairs. Thank you dude!! Onions rings were crispy and fresh, although I got one with skin still attached. The king crab legs were fantastic but I’ve definitely had larger at other Kickin Crab locations. Still delicious!
They still have a few things to fix, average growing pains, but overall a good experience. We will definitely be back!!

We went for lunch. We did a custom bag with snow crab and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, sausage, corn, & potatoes. It was very fun and the waitstaff were awesome and very attentive. I will be bringing friends or family back here, 100%. The music was a teeny bit loud but it was otherwise a very fun and relaxing experience.

Kickin Crab is the GOAT of seafood boil! My go-to sauce is their KC Fiesta, a little bit sweet and savory, but you can’t go wrong with their house sauce too. The shrimp is always fresh and juicy, sausage is tasty and rice is never dry. This location is situated in a quaint “house” which adds a nice touch to the dining experience. My server Jersey was warm and attentive, along with Eric and Thao. Music was a bit too loud though but that’s an easy fix. This location is my new go-to location because of the service even though it’s a ways from home. Loooove Kickin Crab!

LOVE IT HERE!! The whole building is gorgeous and so clean! Whoever on aux too bangers! The food was so hot and fresh and the service was really great everyone was so attentive. The whole place has great seating and the lighting is beautiful!

The staff tries hard and they are still getting the kinks out on their service at the front hostess stand. The lady that was our server was great. We did the Seafood in a Bag which is a lot of food for 2 to 3 people. The Broth that the lobster, clams, mussell’s, potatoes etc. comes in is a massive Sodium Bomb
I would not do that again, but the clam chowder is worth another visit. Get there early before it gets crazy. I put 3 stars because a historic building and great location can only go so far. It’s about the food and the service. Worth a try.

There’s something to be said about Kickin crab and how great it is all over. But this new location brings a refreshing new boost the the brand. I’m a fantastic location and in a beautiful historic building it gives this place that extra layer of “special.” And now let’s talk about the food- everything was fantastic. Coming from New Orleans and just being there for Mardi Gras, they found the largest, juiciest and freshest crawfish to the table. The raw oysters were fantastic. And all the other dishes were top 10 including the fried calamari, fries, corn, sausage, and more. Can’t wait to go back.
