The service was nice my waitress was sweet. But a Roach crawled on our table and the manager Amber brushed it off like it was nothing. VERY DISPLEASED will not be returning!!
Update The general manager Christopher Brown, personally reached out to me and was extremely apologetic. He expressed genuine concern, assured me he spoke with his manager, and showed true professionalism. His kindness and sincerity really stood out—he quite literally danced his way into my forgiveness. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation, as it shows that this restaurant values its customers. While I will not be returning to this location, I will definitely be enjoying the food at another location, thanks to his care and dedication.

The sauces are the best… the I house ranch is really nice. If you like really hot and spicy then do try the chicken tenders with Nashville hot… do try the sweet potato fries as well… do not try the waffle as it is not that great… overall it was a Okay experience.

3% service fee on cash transactions. I understand having to pay for a credit card processing fee. But punishing someone for using cash is unacceptable. Most restaurants charge a credit card fee but give their customers the option to avoid the additional cost. I was hoping this would be my local sports bar in this area but have to look elsewhere. Charleston Sports Pub doesn’t charge a service fee. This is a bad practice for a longterm local chain.

The waitress was horrible, forgot our drinks, then would throw the stuff on the table and RUN from the table. The restaurant was almost empty so she didn’t have too many tables. The food was only ok ( the other locations have WAY better food). The sandwich that I ordered was supposed to have cooked onions on it, but it had onion skins on it. When the waitress was shown, she was like, ew, but never offered to take it back or anything. The fries were also super soggy. I think we will stick to the other locations from now on.

I love their wings! Sometimes the consistency is a little off. But all in all i love their wings so much so I eat their a few times a month! It’s a family fave!

I do not visit this location offen. The environment was nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty. The only thing I would charge is the nacho had too much shredded cheese and little chicken.
