Went in for lunch work the work crowd (8+ in our party). We were greates warmly, sat quickly, and for the size of our group, our food came out quickly. I’m not stranger to The Kickin’ Chicken as I’ve been a regular for Years! This, however, was only my second time at this one. Naturally, I ordered my “go to”, the Johnny, fried, with fries and I was not disappointed! I think this location does it best because the sandwich came with a generous mound of chicken and bacon and I could not love it more. Drink refills were quick and I never felt like I was waiting for service. I could not have been happier for a good lunch with co-workers. If you’re looking for a great spot, don’t miss this location.

Good food, fun place to watch football. Just didn’t like our server telling us multiple times that once we leave she can go home. I get it but the place was still busy we were just unfortunately sat at her table 15 min before she would be called off.

Came in to eat with my family and were seated right away, which was great. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience went downhill. I can’t remember the server’s name, but every time he came to the table he smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which wasn’t pleasant, especially with kids.
We ordered 3 kids meals, one appetizer, and 3 sandwiches. Based on menu prices, the total should have been around $80. When the bill came, it was presented on the handheld device and the server seemed to fumble through it, then said the total was $101. I didn’t question it at the time.
The device then prompted for a tip, so I selected 20%, bringing the total to $121. After thinking about it later, the numbers don’t add up, and it feels like gratuity may have already been included or an error was made before asking for an additional tip. I requested a receipt, but one was never sent to me.
Disappointing experience overall. Transparency with billing and providing receipts is important, especially when dining with family.

This chain used to be my go to in college. The food was great for the money. Not anymore.
I think this is becoming a chain issue. I’ve been to two Kickin’ Chickens in the last year and they both disappointed.
I don’t know how you make a chicken bacon ranch sandwich bland, but somehow they did. Every bite was dry and disappointing. The bread probably had the most flavor.
The cookie had way too much going on and wasn’t bad, but pretzels, chocolate pieces and oat is just odd. The chips were fine and a good crunch.
I wouldn’t recommend Kickin’ Chicken if you have working taste buds, and tastes unfortunately goes for them all.

I came into the Kickin Chicken on a Saturday night, the place was a mad house (college football). Did that stop any of the bartenders from giving me the upmost attention and care with a smile on their face ? Absolutely not! I want to give a big shout out to the 3 girls working behind the bar today , Lily, Michaela and Cali, they were EXCELLENT !! They never treated me like a burden despite the LARGE crowd and always served me with a smile ! I’ve been going to different kicken chickens for years and have always had great experiences but this downtown location absolutely KNOCKED IT OUT THE PARK!! I will be visiting again soon, thanks again girls for great service and a great night! Go Cocks!!

The food is good but apparently none of the specials are automatically applied. You have to ask for each one individually. I didn’t get the Wednesday discount on my nuggets or the Happy Hour discount on my beer.

I’m amazed at how great the food and the service is always on point every single time 7 days a week, the girls heh the bar are the best, one of them in particular has a memory like an elephant she never writes anything down, and gets everyone’s order 100% right, go there two weeks later and before you even open your mouth she’s telling you what you want before you even order, Cranberry juice mixed with sweet tea, pasta salad 12 lemon pepper wings for here, and 12 garlic Parmesan wings, grilled chicken ceasar salad with extra chicken, and extra Caesar dressing on the side and sweet tea to go,
