Jagmeet! the guy at front was amazing with the service and was very calm without any rush.

Waited for 15 mins. Got two Noodle Tikki Burger for takeout and arrived home and found there were burnt Tikkis and noodles were not good. It was first visit experience and got bad one. Couldn’t go back ,it was closed

What a surprising experience after trying other chai places in the area. This place is legit one of the best ones I’ve had in Calgary.
Staff must be paid well, they don’t ask for tip on top of the bill (at the time of this review anyways). The service was top notch with them giving descriptions of the different teas and chais they offer.
Had a Mumbai style sandwich which was also super tasty.
Highly recommend checking out this place!

The place is impeccably clean, and the food is absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The ambiance is perfect—comfortable and inviting, with a warm, cozy vibe that makes you want to relax and enjoy your meal. What really stood out, though, was the humble and friendly owner and the attentive service from the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The Khokha is the best Spot in the Calgary to visit. I visited here for the very first time. Quality of Food and atmosphere was awesome. Prices were reasonable. Overall, better than any other fast food restaurants.

Honestly i never thought i would be writing a “bad” review for khokha. I personally believe the customer service representative is not adequate for his job, first of all he speaks way too softly to the point you are NOT able to hear what he says.
Today i placed an order over the phone (Keep in mind i am a regular customer at “The Khokha”, i go at least twice a week) and i ordered my usual, an order i get EVERY SINGLE TIME and i would assume the worker knew that. Anyways my order consisted of a paneer noodle burger and masala fries, i took it home, i bite into my burger and it was an aloo tikki, i thought to myself “they were probably busy, it is an honest mistake, it sucks that i am gonna have to go back and get it replaced but it happens”, so i called and let them know the issue but the worker was insanely unhelpful, keep in mind he definitely KNOWS me and knows i get the same order every time, which is what i told him, i said i can provide pictures and i can bring it so you guys can see, anyways he said he “you ordered the alloo noodle burger” (honestly i do not even know if thats what it is called since i never ever get it) and he went quiet after that, no exchange, no apologies. I work in customer service and no customer should be dealt with like that, especially a regular customer. Very disapointing. Overall the owners are really nice but their workers definitely need more training.

I tried Mumbai style sandwich and their khokha chai , best sandwich ever and their chai has special flavour its better than other chai shops in Calgary . Prices are reasonable as well
