We went in for our Anniversary. Chose to celebrate with some good food and oh my goodness was it good! Chefs kiss. Our waiter was Tyler and he was awesome and timely. He took great care of us and conversation with him was easy. We were sat next to a fireplace though and it was beautiful but HOT . The ambiance was hot.

We dined here for NYE for my Sister’s Birthday. The location is great. We were seated by the fireplace which was really nice and added to the ambiance. The three of us ordered the Bone-in Ribeye with potato’s and veggie. The steak had great Flavor, however, Two of us could only around the edges because the middle was a little too pink for our taste. Thus , being a waste of good money. My other sister steak was perfect and she loved it. Our waiter was nonchalant about our dissatisfaction and we didn’t make a fuss because it was her birthday not ours. But, get this, they offer a complimentary desert when it’s your birthday which was delicious but they don’t provide a candle for it so we had to make a make shift one—smh. Overall, I it was okay. I would recommend being as detailed as possible on how you want your steak cooked because our waiter missed the mark.

It was my first time visiting The Keg Steakhouse, and I will definitely be back soon. We made reservations for a Saturday night dinner and were seated a few minutes before the reservation time. The restaurant’s decor and atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy or uncomfortable.
Our drinks arrived with complementary sourdough bread and whipped butter. I could have made a meal from the warm bread alone; it was that good. I highly recommend the rib steak if you’re a fan of ribeye like me. The ribeye was seasoned perfectly and absolutely tender. It was worth every penny of the price. My daughter had the steak Oscar, which included shrimp and scallops which she said was absolutely delicious. For her side, she ordered the garlic mashed potatoes, which I sampled, and they were delicious.
For dessert, we had the crème brûlée and Bill Miner’s pie. Again, they were absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend them to finish off your meal.
Our server was attentive without being intrusive. The entire evening was incredibly enjoyable between the food, the atmosphere and the company. The Keg Steakhouse has been added to my list of favorite restaurants.

Came in at the end of the night, sat at the bar. Food came out cold, long wait. Server was nice and comped me my app. But the kitchen totally bombed everything they touched. They were clearly checked out.

We had a spectacular dinner at The Keg Steakhouse Desert Ridge. I ordered the filet mignon and my boyfriend had the New York strip with a twice baked potato. We started with Caesar salads and ended with an outstanding brownie and ice cream sundae.
The customer service was top notch. Our server Brooke was fantastic and Brian the general manager sets a very high standard for his team. We also want to recognize Nicole for doing a great job. The Keg Steakhouse Desert Ridge is truly a premier spot and I highly recommend it.

WE had reservations at another restaurant across the parking lot on a Friday night. The other restaurant sat us at a dirty table and did nothing when I pointed out to the waiter. I left the dirty restaurant, at about 645 pm, and we walked over to The Keg. They were able to seat us immediately. The food and service was amazing. They saved my son’s birthday dinner. Highly recommend The Keg for making us feel so welcome after our terrible experience across at the other restaurant. Really appreciate the prompt attention we received. A great place with wonderful food and service.

Beautiful place, Excellent Service and Outstanding Atmosphere!!! I brought my Wife here to celebrate her Birthday and the Waiter (Kevin) was Excellent, drinks were always full, food came out hot and he made sure the evening was Perfect!! Great Guy!! We had the NY Strip with veggies and Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon with garlic mash potatoes, so delicious!!! The place is so beautiful, with several fireplaces throughout the building, it really sets the tone for romance and is roomy, not cramped like some places. This is the Best Steakhouse!! It’s best to make a reservation.

I had the pleasure of dining here for Valentine’s Day ! First time coming in our server was absolutely amazing she was by far the best thing about the restaurant a charming red head on a mission she was attentive and great at her job 10/10 ! Atmosphere was okay nothing that stood out but the area was intimate which I enjoyed ! The cocktail selection was really good bartenders were doing their thing! We enjoyed the chocolate orange espresso martini, the orange slice martini & a smoked old fashion that was chefs kiss ! The keg being a steakhouse I feel like the steaks really fell short on their own they had minimal flavor and needed additional sauces to taste good which I feel like a good steak should never need ! I ordered the peppercorn New York strip medium rare and my wife ordered the lobster and sirloin surprisingly the best thing on our plates were the mixed vegetables and the lobster which was impeccable, a lovely side of butter and I would have been in heaven ! Accompanying our side of veggies was a long brown hair it did not belong to neither us nor our server we caught it towards the end of our meals so we moved on to dessert ! Which was cheesecake and a shot of espresso the cheesecake was massive packed lots of flavor maybe a little too dense but overall delicious ! With it being our first time the hair and not being overall impressed by the steak I probably won’t be coming back for the price there are several other steak houses in the area with better quality steaks and flavor but it was an experience none the less and shout out to our lovely server she even packed us up some bread to go & the rest of FOH !

I really enjoyed the food and service here. The server was polite and attentive to our needs. The food was prepared to perfection. I would most definitely recommend this place to any steak and prime rib lover. Pro tip if you’re a bread lover be careful because it comes out hot and fresh. You may fill up on it before you get your entree. I will come back anytime I’m in Phoenix
