Probably the best Keg I’ve went to. They were super busy, but the service was still exceptional. Super friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Didn’t have to wait too long and our server checked in with us frequently to make sure we were taken care of.
Food is what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered: Mac and cheese, 24oz T-Bone with mashed potatoes, and calamari. Definitely a big fan of the mashed potatoes!

Make a reservation on a Friday or Saturday. We did make a reservation, there was people waiting and the restaurant was jam packed.
Came here with friends to celebrate our anniversaries. We loved our little booth and the meal was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We had calamari as an appetizer, was so good! Caesar salad. The prime rib was like butter cooked perfectly, delicious potatoes and generous portions. Excellent wine, was the perfect evening.
To top it off we had one of the most delicious desserts the Billy Miner Pie, OMG
And a BIG Thank you to our server Meghan.

I’ve been in many locations of the Keg, mostly they are good. This was my second visit in this branch. Very friendly staff and not that slow to prepare food. This time I took every single item by the advising of the very gentleman servant. And I like them all. Stakes and wines and desert.
If you want good steak and don’t want to try new places, go to the Keg and you will be happy at the end of the day.

The overall service was awesome! The waiter we had (believe it was Zac), was exceptional and made sure that our needs were always met. I observed that the teamwork at this location was also very smooth – whenever our waiter was busy, another would come and clear our table or fill our drinks.
However, like the other reviews, 1 star was taken off due to the long wait to get a table even though we had a reservation. The wait time for a table is one thing, but seeing other groups who made reservations at a later time be seated before us was very frustrating! Management strongly needs to review the booking system and obey the times. My group was seated after ~33mins of waiting and due to this, we had to rush a birthday celebration as one of us had other plans (2.5 hours after our reservation time).

Came to celebrate my eldest son’s 19th birthday. Made reservations a day in advance and thank God I did because the place was stuffed before we came and 2 hours later when we were leaving. The service and the food were top notch. It’s an absolute pleasure to visit restaurants that not only charge, but also give so much back. The whole experience was truly amazing! Thank you guys! We’ll see you again soon.

This location is so great and always super consistent with service and food quality. They are quite busy on the weekends, but that’s to be expected when everything is so good here. The front desk girls are great at handling the crowds and doing there best to get everyone in and seated. Management, especially Scott, is also very considerate in dealing with any potential delays in seating. Our appetizers were compensated to account for the slight delay we had. That was very much appreciated and not something you’d normally expect. Our server, Madison was also a rockstar. Very prompt, accurate, helpful and just a joy to have around. We have a large party planned at this location soon and we’ll be requesting her service. And, of course, the food is consistently great.

Very crowded, forty minute wait for our table but the manager won us over with his proactive approach. He came to our table said he understood we waited a long time and that he appreciated our patience. All this without a complaint from us. He comp’d our app and stated he appreciated our patronage which , (whether sincere or not) was a strong customer response. The meal was well worth the wait. We shared the lobster tail dinner and the pepper corn steak, which was perfectly cooked and so very delicious. Aurora keg is super busy I am torn between this location and Richmond Hill because of the quality of the food there.

We went for our Anniversary , and it was such a great experience . The service was amazing and steak was full of flavour and finished with the ice cream cake which tasted like heaven. Definitely a memorable night.

We had a really great experience at The Keg in Aurora and were very happy with everything. Even though we called on short notice, they were super helpful and got us two tables, one for the kids and one for the parents, right next to each other. It made things so much easier and more fun for everyone.
The food was amazing. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly to the level we ordered, which made them even more enjoyable. All the sides and appetizers were very tasty too. The kids enjoyed their food as well, which doesn’t always happen when we eat out, so that was a big plus.
We especially want to thank Julia, who gave the kids such great service. She was kind, patient, and made sure they had a fun time. It’s not always easy to take care of a table full of kids, but she did an awesome job. The kids were smiling and happy the whole time.
The service for the adults was also excellent. Everyone working there was friendly, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to wait too long for anything, and the staff really made us feel welcome.

We went to The Keg for our wedding anniversary. We made a reservation. Upon arrival we were seated immediately. Reservations are recommended.
We waited about ten minutes for a server. One server who was not managing our table noticed and asked if we had been served. She alerted our server. Staff are friendly and really support each other.
Our server brought bread as an appetizer. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It was awesome! The server offered us more bread if we wanted.
We didn’t plan to have dessert: the meal was very filling. However, they brought us a free Billy Miner Pie dessert when we mentioned that it was our anniversary. It was a good dessert; great for sharing. That was a nice touch.
