Jay the chef was extremely helpful. Sam is also very nice to us. They recently opened a lunch buffet (see photos) which was delicious. We also ordered to go since evenings usually have lots of people coming to eat. I highly recommend eating here. The Naan is great and I love the Tiki Masala. There are a lot of Veg options here.

The Kabab factory is the real deal. Do order a take out or visit the outlet if you crave delicious kababs and sumptuous and wholesome biryanis. We ordered the Murgh Sula kabab , Murgh Malai Tikka and Nizami Murgh Biryani and were super satisfied. The kababs were succulent , full of flavour and wants to you to go for more. The biryani will also tingle your taste buds with some really fragrant and great flavours. Way to go the Kabab factory.

I saw recommendation about it and finally wanted to try it. The staff is very nice but the service is very slow.
I hate when the restaurant don’t ask for spice level, thinking we are Indian at Indian restaurant, we all don’t eat the same spice level. It could be because of many factors. Learn to ask for the spice level.
It’s a small restaurant with just a few tables. Nice and clean.
Food: tandoori chicken was overly spiced,
chicken malai tikka was undercooked,
stuffed khumbh – took every to come.
Dahi ke kebab was great, very well done & also taste good.
Navratan korma: too sweet – I know it’s sweet but not the way it was.
Biryani – was very well cooked, very nicely done. It was too spicy. Should have been paired with raita or something to balance it off.
Chicken tikka masala was good and naans were good too.

Our server was very nice. But the service could have been better.

Visited this beautifully decorated restaurant today. We were greeted well and seated outside (outdoor sitting due to Covid-19). The food was delicious. My wife loves the food and the quality is top notch. The Owner Karthikeya is very welcoming. He makes sure the Quality remains the same no matter what. Every food item is tasty and different. We love their kebabs. Hara Bara Kebab and their Dal and Paneer Tikka Sabzi. Chilli Garlic Naan is Yum. Worth a shot even if you have to drive for an hour or half.

Cozy restaurant with nice ambience.
Overall the food quality/taste is good but could be better. Some dishes are a hit but some need more work. Felt the service is slow (may be short staffed the day I went)

This place has a decent menu of Indian cuisines. It has quite a few tandoori appetizers, chicken and lamb main dishes and biryani options.

We really like the tandoori chicken in appetizers. It was a bit pricey at $12.99 for three pieces, but it tasted good. In my opinion, Kadai chicken in the main course was not that great. Garlic Naan was fine although.

The restaurant was not extremely clean towards the rear end, but the primary seating area was clean. The server was very smiling and polite.

We liked the overall experience at the restaurant. Main course could have been a little better although.

Food was good, my personal favorite was Chicken Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Broccoli. Rest food is good. Must try once. They have assorted bread basket but not assorted Kebabs. I strongly recommend to the owners to add it to their menu else some people always play safe and never try new stuff. I would have give better rating but the day we went the service was below par. They were out of Papri so we were not able to order their Chat which we wanted to try.
Also this place is BYOB.

I got the Goat Curry. The only real complaint I have is the bones in the pieces of meat. The food was delicious & had immense flavor. Also, the butter naan is the fluffiest, thick, delicious naan you’ll ever have. I didn’t really eat the rice. If they were somehow able to work on their pricing just slightly, I think I could give it 5 stars. You can see a photo of each of the items I had. I got water, however, when I finished my meal, I asked for a soda & received a massive glass that made me feel victorious.

I asked for the item spicy & I appreciated them asking. I suppose my body physically in some sense isn’t able to handle heat like it used to, or maybe I wasn’t feeling good, as certain things were a struggle, but I didn’t break any sweat. I think I would’ve liked more spice/heat, however, I think that would’ve detracted from the flavors.

The only other thing I see missing that I would order in a heart beat, unless it is a called a different name are samosas. However, I’m unfamiliar with the various subsets of Indian culture to fully know their variety of food.

I have a feeling this place is a lot more authentic than I know, as the owner mentioned they are from New Delhi. They also explained some of the items on the table that were a small jar of pickles & another jar of onions (I think? I may be wrong here).

If in the area, be sure to stop here. If you happen to be near or around the library, you could walk here if the weather is nice out. Seriously, go here. You won’t regret it. 🙂

We desperately wanted to experience the igloo dining & what better way than celebrating on the valentines day, due to covid we had reservation eating out indoors..hence our choice got restricted, closer to home we had set out eyes on the kebab factory tucked in a cozy corner of metuchen upscale downtown..we called to book an appointment but since it was vday they were full , but still promised to call us back incase they could accomodate us any slot..they for real did call us & yippie we got our slot 8 ish in the eve!!
We arrived & was super excited to see the Igloo adorned with fairy lights , it looked surreal & gorgeous, we opened the igloo door by unzipping the door & let us in, the inside was warm & cozy with a small heater working wonders. Each Igloo setting can accomodate 4/6 guests.

FOOD :
We placed our order & was pretty happy how they served the food in less time considering they had a rush due to valentines day!! Our servers were awesome specially Ali !! We carried our own wine bottle , they provided us wine glasses & opened the bottle for us too, for starters we ordered “Bhatti-da-murg”, the plate had 5/6 big chunks of meat, served with onions & chutneys, the meat was flavor packed & melted in the mouth , its must try item in their menu, we ordered A lamb boti kebab plate in the appetizer, the charred smell of the tandoor & the marinated chunks had a flavor burst inside the mouth, though I felt the meat was little chewy, it could have been more soft!!
Next for entree we ordered Garlic naan & butter Naan & a Goat curry which was average neither bad nor out of the world..but I would certainly go back for their appetizers!! By

The food is worth the small trip every time! It can be a bit spicy for the uninitiated! We got the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Curry Shrimp. Both were extremely flavorful and tasty. Even the rice and Garlic Naan were tip top this evening. Highly recommend!
