The Junction Kitchen opened its doors in 2015 when owner & operator, Kimana Littleflower, a seasoned pro of the Charleston F&B scene, saw a need for something different in the Park Circle community she calls home… like breakfast all day, awesome sandwiches, an eclectic brunch menu, and some creative cocktails thrown in the mix.Since then, The Junction has grown into community gathering hub andis still one of the only full-service breakfast joints in the area. We also now host private events on site as well!
Rustic-chic kitchen offering creative comfort fare, including tacos, sandwiches & all-day breakfast.

They have small parking lot for the costumers.
The usher greet us and found an available spot pretty quick but we had to clean the table again since she didn’t clean it well from the previous costumer which was not a big deal.
The inside looks very casual and I consider this as a hippie joint type of resto.
I had the mushroom mex hasbrown and it was really good . My kids and hubs had the buzzed biscuit, french toast , and the biscuits and gravy with extra 2 scramble eggs on top. They all taste really good. One thing I hope they can improve with the biscuit and sausage gravy is to add more gravy because the biscuits were pretty generous but not enough gravy ratio to them.
The orange juice and iced coffee pretty on point for us.
I think this place is so far the best breakfast/brunch/lunch place in North Charleston!
Croissant french toast with chicken was the go to. Their chicken tenders were hot, juicy, and perfectly crispy. Well seasoned. Croissant was fluffy and the syrup was just sweet enough. Cannot recommend enough.
Biscuits and Gravy were delicious, but heavy. Biscuits crispy outside and soft doughy inside. Sausage gravy was hearty and flavorful.
Tomato Pie was underwhelming and small in portion. Lots of onions, but tasted good. Didn’t seem fully put together as a dish, seemed more like a side that ended up being an entree.
mexican hash was relatively normal, nothing special but nothing bad.
Service on the average side on speed but very friendly.
Pros: Self serve coffee bar which is extremely nice given most people want their coffee first with breakfast! Don’t have to wait for it and free refills!
Our waitress recommended the Mexican Hash (so naturally I got that) and my friend got the Huevos Rancheros. Both were good but I enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros a bit more. The salsa that came with the Mexican hash was delectable though. Coffee is self serve and unlimited. Grapefruit juice is not refillable.
I really liked the layout and atmosphere—very cozy and welcoming. The coffee bar setup was a nice touch too, with several quality options for those who want something beyond the basic drip. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the avocado toast, which came out beautifully plated and loaded with fresh toppings. My friend ordered the French toast, and it looked just as amazing—thick slices, perfectly golden, and not overly sweet.
Both of us were impressed with the quality of the ingredients and how quickly the food came out. The staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing, which made the experience even better.
Parking was pretty easy, though the lot is small—so I’d recommend arriving early if you’re visiting during peak hours. We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we’re in town!
The server was very friendly though! And the mimosas are yummy!! Might just be a consideration to come back.
