We are From Duval County.. This Experience was not a Good one. The Drinks came 45 min later but weee Good. The Oysters came out Cold, The Fried Oysters had more bread than Oyster. The Mgr wasn’t helpful at all. She did not want to Substitute the Oysters for something else until we made it a Thing. Our Server did her Best with what she could. My shrimp were not deveined at all! Which was very disgusting and disappointing. The sauce was very water. Ig since this is a uber eats hub for pick up only ig they do not match the quality or taste of the other juicy crabs. Will never order from this hub again.

It’s the worst feeling when you get disappointed by food. I ordered here for dinner last night and my order was definitely made WRONG. I ordered mild sauce and got SUPER SPICY. I could not even eat my meal i had to throw it away. It was my first time ordering from and i will give them another chance because the portions were great and the shrimps were big but 2 stars because someone messed up my order. I would like a refund.

This was my very first time trying this juicy crab. I must say, I’m very disappointed. I ordered combo # 6 and my food tasted like old seafood that had been sitting for days. Couldn’t enjoy it. Also, I must add, if you’re going to charge almost $40 for a seafood bag. At least give $40 worth of seafood. In addition, please make sure your sauces match what people are ordering because I order Lemon pepper mild. It was spicy.

Ordered via DoorDash and when I got my order I was horrified at the state of my meal. Undercooked sausage, overcooked lobster and the potato was practically (I bit into it and it sounded like an apple)… Even the sauce was bad in quality. It was watery which I was super confused about because I had Juicy Crab before and never experienced this. Whoever was back there was in a rush and I didn’t care for that AT ALL!

The Juicy Crab’s takeout is pretty solid. Their chicken tenders are on point – crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The snow crab legs are fresh and tasty, cooked just right. I’ve ordered from this hub twice and each time the food was pretty decent, especially for late night hours . I’ve had the catfish and fries , and a crab leg boil with ramen noodles both were good to where I ate all of it with no problems.
