Very good. Not excellent. Shrimp were definitely overcooked but everything else was great. Good flavors. Maybe a bit light on the garlic but still yummy. Crab was good quality. Cracked sharply and crab slid out easily with minimal use of the tools but the clusters definitely were a little smaller than expected. Excellent rum punch. Great service. Place was very clean.

The Juicy Crab was absolutely amazing! Everything from the drinks to the seafood boil bag was packed with flavor. The oysters were incredibly fresh, and my crab was full of juicy, tender meat cooked perfectly!
Our waitress was super patient, friendly, and very helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I’m honestly mad I don’t live in Orlando because I’d be here every single day! I can’t wait to come back.

Walked in and there was not a host. We waited for several minutes and nothing. Other servers saw us, made eye contact and simply kept walking with no expression or concern whatsoever. Finally, when someone came, the person seemed extremely tired. Our server came right away, slightly friendlier but also nothing impressive. I asked for a high chair and was told one would be brought, didn’t happen, had to go as for it again. Our food was good. My little one’s tenders were very very very salty, she couldn’t eat them, we couldn’t eat them either.
Sad to see a place with good food but with staff that does not make you feel like you want to come back.

Seafood freshness is the most important standard for any seafood restaurant, and unfortunately this location missed the mark. The fried fish clearly had been frozen for a long time—the texture was rubbery, almost like noodles, instead of flaky fish. The seafood boil also lacked flavor; it tasted as if everything was simply boiled in water and then dipped in sauce, so the seasoning never penetrated.
Their “juicy special” sauce was mostly oil without real flavor, and the oil used for the fried items tasted old, which is very disappointing and affects both taste and food quality. The Boom Boom sauce was just average and not worth ordering.
We are giving three stars only because the prices are reasonable, but the taste and quality do not match what you would expect from a seafood restaurant. In comparison, Hot & Juicy nearby is much better—their sauce has depth, and the seafood actually absorbs flavor.
If you care about fresh seafood and good seasoning, this place may not meet your expectations.

The place is clean and tidy. I first ordered the food for delivery to my hotel, and since I liked it so much, I decided to visit the restaurant and try it there. We were seated and had our order taken very quickly — there were barely any people. The food was ready in about 7 to 10 minutes.
Everything was served in plastic bags, and it was fun to eat with our hands. However, one thing I didn’t like was that the manager and two waiters were having a loud and animated conversation for a few minutes, which made things a bit uncomfortable.
It would’ve been nicer if they served the food directly on plates or just poured everything onto the table like some places do. As for the food — it was delicious! Since I’m from Eastern Europe, I chose the mildest spice level and was very satisfied.

The food was good, well seasoned. Im a ga bulldogs fan and I couldn’t watch the last of my game because you guys didnt have the channel. Upgrade that cable package. It was hot in there. We came in about 630 and it was cooler outside than inside the restaurant.

Food was terrible and not worth the money. The food was cold and portions were not realistic to the desire. We’ve been here one other time and it was great but this time was a huge flop. The customer service was nonexistent. We had to get up and ask for refills and our own check because they were not paying attention. We paid in cash and they just kept the leftover change with the assumption that they could. Also let’s not forget they didn’t even give us our entire order. We ordered hush puppies and never got them. But it wasn’t like we could be like hey we never got them because the servers were not doing their job. They would just stand around and not even table touch

Juicy crab always hits the spot. Quick and tasty if you are in the area I definitely recommend it. Good prices and portions as well.

This Juicy Crab location has been the worst one I’ve visited since being in Orlando. I would not recommend eating here.
First, the seafood boils barely come with any sauce in the bag, and they charge $3 or more for extra. What they call “garlic butter” is mostly oil with minced garlic—it’s not the rich garlic butter you would expect.
The crab legs were very small and didn’t seem close to a full pound, and the shrimp and eggs were overcooked. Overall, the food quality was very disappointing. I will not be returning.

Had an amazing experience at The Juicy Crab on I-Drive! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but what really made the visit outstanding was our server, Jonathan.
Jonathan was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He took the time to recommend dishes based on our taste, checked on us throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being pushy. His service truly made the whole dining experience feel special.
Great food + exceptional service — especially from Jonathan. Highly recommend!
