Went for lunch on a Friday, place was pretty empty. Service was great. Server was attentive. The sauce needs more garlic,lemon,and butter. It had so much oil. What kind of oil is unknown. I know it was oil because I actually refrigerated the leftover boil and it didn’t solidify at all. The calamari was more chewy than expected. My favorite part was most definitely the sweet potato fries. This place has definitely perfected the sweet potato fries.

It looks a lot bigger inside than outside! We arrived at 7 on Saturday and waited 5mins to be seated. It was loud in there. Our drinks came quickly and so did our appetizer. Our main dishes did not. My brother ordered the tilapia and the waitress came out to tell him it was frozen. So he went with the catfish. The catfish was pretty good.

Crawfish was delicious! hushpuppies yum, the calamari (chewy) and fried fish (not very crispy) were ok. Went on a weekday, food didn’t take long to come out. Server did a good job filling up our drinks and checking on us.

First time here, and was greeted by the best service team I have ever worked with. They were patient with figuring out what we wanted to eat lol and walked us through their recommendations! I can’t stress how much our server and host were with their professionalism. I hope this review gets to the managers. I didn’t get their names but it was the 2 African American ladies!
The food was amazing. Super tasty! Atmosphere was fun and great! We will definitely be returning! Bathroom was very nice and clean! What a gem of a restaurant because let’s be honest, the area doesn’t look so great with the whacky parking lot, but if you just walk through the front door, it’s like an oasis in the desert!

Y’all I went in and ate here yesterday. firstly , my server was new. I won’t say much about her because i understand, i am a server at a seafood restaurant myself. I just feel as though my server needed some assistance. I was there for about two hours. I asked another server if she could notify my server to make a change to my order. i literally had put the order in about 4 or 5 minutes prior and she told me “no , your order has already been put in and is being made.. seafood cooks really fast” but i waited 40 minutes for food .The bartender made some kind of “snowball lemondrop” it was terrible it took like 15-20 minutes for drinks to come .. mind you it was not busy but what really made me realize that i won’t be back was the energy and hostility. None of the servers were nice or smiling or welcoming. none of them even considered helping their coworker knowing she’s new… i saw tables that got there after us leaving before us . again , i’m not one to complain because i’m a server myself but it was just odd . Now i must say .. the host was amazing was nice and very welcoming.. everytime she walked past my table she had a smile on her face .. she’s the one that needs to be serving !!

This was a complete let down! I’m not sure why there are high ratings for this place. I got a combo #10 in the juicy special sauce and I anticipated so much better. The sauce was overall salty and tasted as if they put straight lemon pepper and “Cajun” seasoning into butter and tossed it in. The garlic in the sauce was not at all sautéed, it was just raw garlic bits thrown in the bag. The seafood itself was not seasoned, but it did taste clean. My fiancé got a combo in the “Cajun sauce” and it had tons of lemon pepper, not at all what he asked for. Our water cups had a greasy residue at the top. The only good thing was the hush puppies. This place was a total waste of money, not worth it. A full refund should be processed!!! On top of that, you had to pay with cashapp…

My friend and I came to Juicy Crab and had Riyah as our server, and she was amazing from start to finish. She greeted us with such a positive attitude, was very attentive throughout our meal, and made sure we always had everything we needed. She checked on us regularly without being overbearing and handled everything with professionalism and care. Riyah truly made our dining experience enjoyable, and her customer service stood out. We will definitely be coming back and hope to have her as our server again
