If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Absolutely not worth $37 for a plate when 2 of the legs on 1 cluster has no meat. Even ordered extra clusters to just have some type of food. The waitress had the audacity to laugh in our face when we showed that they had no meat and you could see right through the shell. The owner then tried to call us a liar because he stood over us and we opened the last legs we had and they had some type of meat in it. And to add to that he then cracked one of the shells that did have meat, he put his fingers all in it and sat it on the table and said there is meat. Was I supposed to eat that? When we went to check out because we were not trying to get out of paying, we were trying to explain the quality of the food does not match the price they are charging but we still paid $130, but as you can see in the pictures the food was left there. The manager then tried to say he wasn’t calling us a liar because he stood over us while the shells were checked. Oh and the plate that shows the crab meat, that is ALL that came in a whole cluster that started this whole conversation and they kept telling us that they all came from the same box.
To add, the food had absolutely no flavor. I know we ordered garlic butter but the butter should probably taste like garlic then but it tasted like soap water. Hope others had a better experience. Probably should have read the newest reviews before we went.

What a joke of an establishment. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was rude, dismissive, and more interested in laughing than doing their jobs. Zero professionalism, zero respect, and an attitude that makes it clear they couldn’t care less about the people walking through the door.
On top of the awful service, the food was just as bad. Overpriced, poorly prepared, and not even close to worth the hype. Everything tasted rushed and sloppy, like quality control isn’t even a thought here. When you’re paying those prices, the least you expect is edible food and basic courtesy and this place failed at both.
This location runs on arrogance instead of service. If treating people decently and serving decent food is too much to ask, they shouldn’t be in the restaurant business. Plenty of better options nearby do yourself a favor and skip this place entirely. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

First I want to say please don’t waste your time and money. Now I will show you why. On October 23rd I ordered uber eats juicy crab. I ordered the (4) tenders meal. When it arrived my chicken was all raw. When I called KEVIN answered. I asked for a manger. He said not here. I asked, do you know when he or she will be in? He said no. I said ok. And hung up. He didn’t offer to help. He was very short. And not honest. So because I am tired of poor customer service and people lying saying that never happened. I grabbed my other phone. Called Kevin back at juicy crab and recorded the audio. Unfortunately Google doesn’t allow audios on the reviews but my screenshots will show how this company will lie and scam. I filed a complaint online to corporate. I receive emails. They say I’m lying I never ordered this is a “malicious and deliberate attack” on my end. So I’ll let the people be the judge. As you can see pictured below, my calls to juicy crab. But the email says I never called? A lie they got caught in. They said I ordered before they even opened. Odd because it was AFTER 2pm est online their hours say open @12pm… and IF a restaurant was closed I wouldn’t be able to do uber eats. I say this to say BEWARE. Don’t waste your time or money. I come with facts. And I want the world to see. They also will keep emailing you from weird emails. People will be able to tell a lie from the truth. NEVER go HERE. I just would like to know who did I call then if it wasn’t “juicy crab” who did I order uber eats from if it wasn’t JUICY CRAB!!!!!! And this was my first time having them.

The food was delicious, and the service was attentive. The waiter, however, automatically added a 15% tip. This was a bit strange, but after asking about it, I was told that so many customers don’t tip, even with excellent service, that they have to automatically add the gratuity. It’s quite interesting, and I find it acceptable and understandable.

Super excited about this opening on this side of town. I got the #1 boil combo and fried catfish. Both were super delicious, a short wait but the food was made fresh.
Owner is super friendly, and it is inside slice 3:16 so you can double up on delicious food. Love that the utensil to go comes with a bib and gloves. I got mild and the sauce is garlicky and delicious.

Nothing Juicy about the place. Seasoning was below par. Asked for Sprite, brung me Starry. Would be nice to know it’s not actually Sprite. Decor was very bland. Owned by Asians, not Black owned so there wasn’t any flare to the place or music playing. Probably wouldn’t go back. Service was cool.

The seafood was awesome and seasoned to perfection. Pricing was reasonable. Atmosphere is cold and stark. Third time I’ve been here. If it wasn’t for food quality, I would not return. While service is good, a bit of a language barrier exists. Plates are not brought out unless requested and I’ve yet to see a knife. They have a liquor license, but have not been able to get a drink for some unknown reason (could not quite figure out what the waitress was trying to explain). This would be a good place to DoorDash.

Absolutely delicious. All the seafood was great quality and everything in the boil was cooked perfectly. The host was very nice and got us a second shell bucket the minute we filled ours up which was very much appreciated. Also priced from about $20-$60 depending on protein so a good range of options, but all of them are a great value!

Despite the low and bad reviews we went ahead and decided to check it out for ourselves. We were literally the only table in there but a good few people got to-go. We ordered calamari and mozzarella sticks for appetizers… The calamari was alright and the mozzarella sticks were pretty good. My children both got combo #4 and I got the combo #8 or #10? The one with boiled eggs, corn, potatoes, clams and king crab? My boyfriend got the six count wings and house rice. It was all great. Will be returning.
