My son and I stopped by The Juicy Crab near Regency Square this afternoon, and once again, it did not disappoint. A few months back, I had sent him pictures from a visit here, and ever since, he’s been excited to try it. He flew in today, and we headed straight over.
We both ordered the Build Your Own Combo Boil with the Juicy Special Sauce (medium spice) — packed with snow crab, shrimp, crawfish, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The sauce had the right amount of heat and richness.
Service was fast and friendly, and the prices are super reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.
Highlight: That juicy special sauce ties it all together — absolutely delicious.
Would I Return? No question — this place is a must anytime we’re in town.

It’s a franchise, so consistency is key. I’ve always thought you should be able to taste garlic, but n9t be able to see it in your food. There was too much in everything I ordered. It should have been finer. The oysters on the half shell were prepared nicely.

The food, service, and atmosphere is always great. We never have to wait long to be seated however, if you come in the afternoon the bathroom is always a hot mess…toilets are stopped up, there’s no toilet paper, and no paper towels which is why I gave it a overall rating of four.

This place was absolutely phenomenonal. The snow crab legs were the best I’ve ever had. That’s the first time I’ve gotten black mussels in a seafood boil and they were amazing. Service was great, and the atmosphere was as well.
My only complaint was the crawfish. I am from Louisiana, so I’m used to that Louisiana seafood boil seasoning, and it was evident they didn’t use it. Still, they were good. Easy to peel, and medium to large size.
This place still gets a 10/10! I will be back.

The worst juicey crab I have ever been to. I wish I would have turned around when i pulled up and saw how torn down it looks on the outside.The sausage taste freezer bitten and overcooked. The food had a weird Chinese takeout type of flavor . The eggs were so over-boiled they were green. I never leave reviews but I figured I could stop someone else from ruining there day by waising 50$ on some bullcrap.

Normally love this place but man the last boil I got was made SO spicy that I couldn’t enjoy it or finish it. I ordered the same thing I always do, which is medium level heat. It was beyond hot. The kinda spicey that had my nose running and eyes watering. And I love spice!! My usual order has never done me so dirty. Someone messed up for sure. I contemplated driving back to complain, but felt it would be a wasted effort. I’m super disappointed.

Today was my first time trying their food, and I ordered a pickup through their website. The process was so easy and convenient. They offer two payment options: you can either pay directly on the website when placing your order or pay in-store when you pick up.
I got three Low Country Boil specials and extra Black/Green Mussels. The food was ready exactly on time, and the staff was friendly. A special shoutout to the young lady at the pickup counter, who was especially kind and helpful. The packaging was secure, and everything stayed hot, which I really appreciated.
The mussels were a bit salty for my taste, but still enjoyable. The snow crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn were fantastic — everything was cooked perfectly and flavorful! I’m definitely looking forward to ordering from here again.

The service was great. Food was so amazing, we had left and right overs after we left. Atmosphere was great also, there is music that you can pay and play. Fish for the kids. Big bar area. Many seats so you’ll get a seat when you come in. The wait wasn’t long at all, Once we got in we were seated. I will give this place a 9.4/10, great work Juicy!!!

I’ve enjoyed this restaurant several times at this location. It’s the best location for this establishment in Jax. I’ve dined at the other locations & this one by far is the one to go to. The service is prompt and attentive; the atmosphere is nice with a DJ at times and a jukebox; it’s clean and spacious; and the food has always been great. You get the most for your money here, and the drinks are nice, too. I recommend dining here any time! You won’t be disappointed!

Food was good, sauce can be improved since other similar restaurants make it thicker! Here sauce was a bit watery anyway we enjoyed it.
We tried shrimps bag limon and paper and mix sauce both were good.
We also had hush puppies and rice which was good too.
Atmosphere was really good but you need to wait even then restaurant is not full of people but I think they need to hair more workers.
I recommend this place! You might end up paying a lot but it’s worth the try.
