Fly-infested, slow service, and subpar food. I want to like this place because at first glance the menu looks great, and the vibe seems cool.
A juice and smoothie shop should feel clean, cool, and fresh, but instead this place always feels warm and dirty. I was just there and the place was full of flies. I couldn’t sit down without being attacked by 4 or 5 flies, while I waited 25+ minutes for a smoothie and a bowl. I was the only one in line, mind you, so there was no reason for such slow service. Then the food… it’s just average. The acaii bowls have minimal toppings. I expect the bowl to be packed with toppings. After a few bites you’re done with toppings and all you have left is the acaii.
My suggestions for management: run the A/C so it’s cooler in there, take care of your fly problem, hire more staff so customers don’t wait so long, and don’t skimp on your acaii bowls.

I went into the Exeter juicery and the young man and lady were cleaning. I asked the lady who was about to make my smoothie to change her gloves before making my smoothie. With a real attitude she asked why which I had to explain to her. She did take the gloves off but did not put new ones on and continued to make my smoothie. When she was done she loudly put my drink on the counter.
The young man that was working there was sweeping came out and with the same gloves grabbed some strawberries and started cutting them. I had prepaid and tipped before my drink was made and my dog was in the car so I said, have a nice day and left throwing a 10$ smoothie in the trash. Was it too much to ask for clean gloves before she touched my food?
I did go to Pease today to try a different location because I do like the menu. Totally different.
I would go back to Pease but not Exeter. I like clean food.

My fav combo banana, strawberry, and blueberries . Always fresh and never a premade açaí. If you’re in a rush, order ahead. Never disappoints, and the girls are always so friendly. ✨ P.S you can switch to gluten free granola if you didn’t know that.

I’m there a LOT (Peanut Butter Bliss is aptly named.) Last Tuesday I stopped in and Sophia mentioned that they had an extra serving of their avocado toast, and would I like to have it? I was surprised. Didn’t the people working want it? She said they had all eaten already, so I thanked her and split it with the client whose house I was heading to. It was SO GOOD! And so thoughtful of The Juicery staff to share with me! This business is such a wonderful addition to our downtown!

Obviously the food is excellent…however we just waited over an hour for 4 smoothies and 2 toast. Im not actually exaggerating. We ordered at 4:20, and we didnt get our food until 5:25. I guess there was only 1 person working, but we didnt know that until we ordered and saw that the lady who took our order was also the one who was making everyones orders. There was only 2 families ahead of us…

Great smoothies but we came in on a Sunday with 7 people in the store which were all enjoying their snacks and smoothies while we waited maybe 10 minutes plus for two smoothies a 16oz and a 24oz. None of the four young girls behind the counter acknowledged us or asked if we were all set. Instead they carried on with their personal conversation and continued to ignore us. When we peaked around the corner to see if they were made or just sitting on the counter is when finally we were asked if we were waiting for something. One smoothie was made and in the cooler while the other one was still not made. I’m not one to complain about stuff like this but having worked in the restaurant industry and having been an assistant manager there is nothing more that bothers me than being ignored. Again great smoothies but awful customer experience and it’s not the first time either.
