So nice to have a healthy alternative to all the fabulous breakfast sandwiches. We love the chia seed pudding and acai bowls. Today, tried the coco tropic but asked for a substitution, no problem! Even with a minor mix up about the base, which I would happily enjoy, they made me another at no cost. Who does that anymore? Fast, friendly, delicious! Yum!

The Juice Pod is awesome…when it can get your order right. Quality control is basically nonexistent here. Every other time I go, my order is incorrect and I either have to deal with it or get my smoothie redone. The smoothies cost too much to have a 50% chance of getting one’s order wrong.

I have been regularly coming to this location since they opened and have never had anything but a positive experience. The food is amazing. There is really nothing better than enjoying an açaí bowl with a view of the ocean. Everything is always fresh and delicious and consistent (my bowl looks and tastes exactly the same every time I get it). I got my whole family hooked on their food and always bring friends here anytime they come down to visit me.
But what really keeps me coming back are the people. The owner, Danielle, is frequently there working alongside her staff. She is so sweet and personable and you can completely tell how much passion and love she has for her business. On my first visit this season, she greeted me with an excited smile and said “Welcome back!”
And then there’s Abby. Abby does it all and it seems like she’s always there. She learned my name in the beginning of the summer and greets me every time I go in. She has my order memorized to the point that when she hears me order it up front, she yells hello to me from the back when she can’t even see me. This location is frequently very busy when I go in but she is always patient and has a smile on her face. She treats every customer like they’re apart of the Juice Pod family. Now PLEASE open a location in Northeast Philadelphia or Bucks County so I can enjoy Juice Pod all year round!

Smoothie I got on Saturday was excellent! Went back this morning (Monday) to place orders for all my family members because I told them how good it was, only to walk there and see that it was closed. No hours posted on the door or website but google says they are open 8-4. I called the phone number on the door but it rings inside the empty store. Post your hours clearly on the door and on your website please!

Love the juice pod in Ambler and SIC. Decided to get a detox water one day in SIC, instead of an iced coffee. Charged 3.50 for water with lemon and cucumber. Probably time to re-consider that price point. Otherwise, good food and acai bowls.
