I myself work at an açaí bowl and smoothie place—so not only do I understand the workers on a personal level, but I was also genuinely excited to try out this place. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, as it took 25 minutes for my one smoothie to form out. I arrived at 3:15 and left at almost 3:45, and at least 10 other people walked in, ordered, and left with their drinks & food before me (and some even with the same order I had!) I don’t know if it’s a problem with needing more workers or a communication problem but something definitely needs to be fixed so this doesn’t happen again!! This was my first time here, and unfortunately probably my last too 🙁

I came to this new juice place thinking that it would be a new staple in my routine. Sadly I was proven wrong. For starters, the employees do not know how to run a business when there is the slightest rush. Ordering a simple smoothie took atleast 30-40 minutes, and let’s not even mention how long it took for a wrap to be made. (50 minutes if you were wondering.) We thought that this was just a one time thing, and were open to giving this place a second chance. Again, another trip wasted. This time the place was not busy which made me think that it would be better. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap and my friend ordered the same. First, I asked for no banana and they added banana into my drink. Second, my friend ordered a buffalo CHICKEN wrap. Keep the word chicken in mind. When eating it she realized there was a chicken nugget the size of a finger nail in there, and that was all. For the price of 30 dollars I would expect for the CHICKEN wrap to have more than a millimeter of chicken in it. It would be more acceptable if one small smoothie and a wrap were not 30 dollars. When we told the workers about the chicken, they didn’t believe us. We proceeded to tell them that for the price of the wrap, it should include more and that we would like a refund. I’m guessing they thought that they were invisible, because when we sat outside the owner was speaking to her employees and was pointing right at us while laughing. Overall I would rate the experience a 3/10 because the only good things there were some of the smoothies ( don’t ask to remove anything because it’ll be added either way) and the tuna skinny mini was amazing.

The food is amazing…but the service not great I say it could use some work. Everytime I go in I feel like they treat me differently not sure why you’re paying like everyone else and should be treated the same. Maybe it could be that the employees weren’t having a good day but it’s been twice that I get a bad stare or not even a “thank you have a nice day”

Great, delicious variety. Beats any competition. Fourth of July weekend might contribute to the volume of customers, but being so busy says more about the product they deliver than anything else. And let me tell ya’, for anyone so inclined, after you bring it home, you can personally add a little rum to the piña colada to elevate it to the real deal Mmmmm!!!
