Ordered Japchae and Fried Chicken, both are fresh and hot. Recommend japchae and do not recommend boneless fried chicken. It is chicken breast and dry, next time will try wings. Kimchi doesn’t have good crisp fresh texture and seem like factory made.
Servers are great and atmosphere is also welcoming.
Would recommend this place.

Food is solid here. Really like how fast the food came. Everything is made fresh and the fried chicken is super crispy on the outside the juicy on the inside. Cheese corn was very flavourful. The pancake was also very solid. Japchae was seasoned perfectly.

Expect service to be a little slower because it is a mom and pop shop. It looks like there is one person cooking, one person taking the order, one person prepping other things and a busser. Be patient and they will get to you.

Atmosphere is nice. Very casual place for authentic Korean food. Could be good for casual date night or friend gathering. Would come again.

The Cheese Tteokbokki with Katsu and Bulgogi Japchae were perfect. I would definitely recommend trying this place.
Yet the fried chicken was a bit under-seasoned, the sauce flavor was mostly just on the crust, and the meat was slightly dry.

A solid choice for Korean food. The wings are tasty and the japchae was also very good. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced (for NYC). A good option if you want a decent but not over the top place

I had a wonderful experience at The Jin. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was amazing, and the fried chicken in the soy garlic sauce was the best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. The portions were much larger than I anticipated, which for me was wonderful. I was able to take home left overs to have for dinner. I highly recommend this spot. It’s a gem for sure!

Stopped by on a weekday afternoon while passing through the area. The weather was nice, so we grabbed a seat by the window. My friend and I ordered a beer and a glass of wine (I think there was only one white wine option, but it was dry and crisp—really enjoyed it). For food, we got 6-piece wings, fries, and corn cheese.

The chicken came out hot and crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and both dipping sauces (soy and spicy) were just my style. The fries were perfectly cooked and went great with our drinks. The corn cheese was a bit bland on its own, but pairing it with the spicy sauce from the chicken made it just right. Overall, a great spot to relax and enjoy some drinks and snacks—I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the mood!

The Jin was good. The atmosphere was very nice, and the service was good, the host was nice.

I ordered the Tteokbokki with the chicken Katsu, Korean rice, and corn cheese.

the Tteokbokki with the chicken Katsu, The Tteokbokki was good and had a smoky flavor. I suggest dipping the chicken Katsu in the sauce otherwise the chicken is pretty dry and actually pretty tough.

The chicken Katsu was the weakest point of the meal unfortunately considering I usually look forward and order Chicken Katsu.

The corn cheese was good.

Food came out pretty quick. Beef bulgogi, grilled chicken and vegetables, fried chicken, beef dumplings. All excellent and fresh. My mom complimented the food probably 5 times (I’m lucky to get 1 out of her, typically). We came at ~4:50 on Saturday; empty. Within an hour it was completely filled. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Ordered a korean style ramen beef with poached egg for takeout and the order came with a hard boiled egg instead. The beef was also hotpot fatty beef and not beef meat I expected. Around $20 for a ramen, is not worth it.

This restaurant was just so good. While the service was a bit slow, I loved the food. The beef bulgogi was to die for, and the Korean Fried Chicken was so good. I also loved the atmosphere; it was just incredible. If you’re in Hell’s Kitchen, please stop here because it was so good.
