We found this while looking around for another smoked food place. It’s a simple, plain place where the cook also serves you. very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We have never had Caribbean Jerk food before, so we had no idea what to expect. He was very helpful and provided us with a small sample plate
of some of the foods, so we would know what to order. It was a tremendous help.! There are two serving bowl sizes and we took the larger. Had plenty of food to take out. The cakes are surprisingly tasty! Give this place a try!

I had followed this place in Facebook for many years before finally getting to try it. I gotta say, it lived up to the hype. Obviously plenty of good things on the menu but if you like coconut I highly recommend the cake as well.

Tried the greens, mac n chez, jerk chicken, sweet ting and ribs. Succulent with a warm comforting heat. Got oxtail and cookies and cornbread to go and enjoy at home. The coconut cakes should be a treat.

Stopped in for a late lunch during a bowling tournament. It was around three so not busy at all. Good was great. I had jerk ribs and chicken with greens, cornbread stuffing and mac and cheese. Meat was super tender. The greens were some of the best I’ve had. Jerk could have been hotter, but was very tasty! My son got some boneless wings and the sauces were all delicious.

Was extremely excited to try today for lunch, I am a lover of all authentic Jamaican food. I was not disappointed! 10/10 jerk chicken and ribs cabbage rice and peas and mac n cheese. Enough portion for lunch and dinner! Perfectly smoked and juicy. Next time I’d ask for hotter though! Thanks!

My first time trying jerk chicken and it was amazing fall off the bone . I had to go back in to grab my fiancé a plate after I showed him mine. The oxtails are really good too. The customer service was great I’ll definitely come back again!

Sooooo delicious! Meat melts in your mouth, sauce not too spicy, flavors blend perfectly. Rum pork and Mango chicken were amazing. Don’t let the storefront fool you, this is high quality cuisine.

I am so glad I ended up stopping in. I ordered the burnt ends with dressing and mac and cheese the other day. They give you fair portions!! The dressing you have to get it! The meat had tons of sauce, nicely cut, and plenty of it. Definitely recommend stopping in and getting something to eat.

Considering Appletons size it packs a good punch for the diversity of food options. The Jerk Joint is the best option when it comes to Jamaican cuisine. Excellent food, beautiful art, and the owner has to be one of the kindest restaurant owners I’ve ever met. Big wings in the Jerk(hot) sauce. The spicy chicken curry is a must.
